They charge extra for peppers&onions, which is one of the staple ingredients of a burrito. Then they were too cheap to give me a proper cup for some fountain water without charging me for a fountain drink. Both which are not a thing at any other burrito place. I won’t be back
Went there for lunch quite frequently last summer. The staff is super friendly and the food quality is amazing. Love their selection of sauces and the mango habanero sauce is yumm. My personal favourite is the customized burrito bowl. Rice,lettuce, shredded chicken, black beans, jalapeños, sweet corn, guacamole, salsa, sour cream.
It was okay… veggies were fresh but the flame grilled chicken tasted like chicken you’d get in a reheated frozen dinner, very low quality and flavourless. For $12 something for a bowl, a little disappointing. Very low quality meat but not a low price.
This place says they have halal chicken but they have no halal certificate to prove it or have any idea if it's machine or hand slaughtered.I am not a fan of places that mislead people especially if it's religious dietary requirements. Better taking it off the menu.
Worst Quesada place in whole ontario, I asked them to put sauces on my nachos and they be saying they eill charge extra no other Quesada or any burrito places charge extra for it and the employees are so slow in work and also I asked for some extra corn still they are putting little. Worst place to have food. No quality of work, no respect for customers, no quality of food serving. After this shameful act from there side still they are asking us which place give you sauces for free. This is how they talked and behave with me

I have never been into a Quesada previously, but I can tell you from the experience I had today, that I will be visiting there more often. I will also make sure to tell others about my first and definitely not last experience being there. The staff was so kind and welcoming to everyone who walked through the door. Making sure to say a heartfelt hello and good bye to everyone. They were accommodating and so friendly. Everyone in line was obviously a return customer as the staff made comments showing that they knew who they were. It was a very inviting atmosphere. Can’t say enough to express my satisfaction. If this isn’t how the other stores deal with their patrons, I strongly encourage the other stores to take note.If you were unsure about visiting this restaurant, cast those doubts aside. You will not be disappointed.Oh, and the food is delicious as wel!!!
Did an online order for pickup today and the lady was super nice and my food was good! Must try the jarritos drinks, they are nice and sweet!! I like that this brand of burritos carries pickled onions as a topping…. they are so good
Staff take time to ensure the toppings are spread over all the surfaces. They don't skimp. Tastey. Spicy chicken mild heat nut flavourful. Reasonably priced.
Tried this place for the first time today to get some burritos. Tried the beef barbaqua and drunked chicken burrito. The food was pretty good but however they were very measured on the protiens and sauces. The staff was friendly.
