WAITED 47 MIN, TOLD IT WAS ONLY 15-20 MIN WAIT!! The server knew my order was going to be later as they had other orders beeing cooked. No problem, but let me know how long to wait. Dont lie so you can get my money.The cook and server used there hands also. Tongs was there and used but if something doesn't fit properly, they use there hands to move the food.
Why are you closed at 3:30am when you're sign clearly says open until 4??
Terrible. Ordered a flounder sandwich NOT spicy it came doused in spicy sauce. Inedible and terrible. Wish I read all the other reviews before ordering. Not meaning to be rude but exactly how much attention to detail is required to correctly fulfill the ONE option on the order (spicy/non)? Just because people are working the night shift, doesn’t mean y’all need to be on that special Ed time or high
Changed from 1 to 4 * as the food is definitely much better compared to Popeyes near Harwood and Rossland. I visit this place once a week ?Old review - Please try to avoid this location. Not even close to Popeyes standards.
Patehtic food always - they think spice means oily. You simply cannot eat a bite from their chicken without having anti actacid or so. I just bought chicke and it's awefully oily and bad taste. I asked for extra napins and they said they have no more napkins today, :) is it ?
I bought 2 orders of daily deals chicken fingers, dunno if there's a quality control on their food. It's bloody salty, can't eat it even with rice! Won't buy anymore on this branch! Lose my hard earn money goes into the garbage bin. Chef need to taste their cooking!
I have eaten here maybe 3 times. This is the absolute worst place to get any sort of chicken or meal. In those 3 times i have been here, never ever had a meal that was remotely satisfying. The chicken was always cold or luke warm at best. Their chicken sandwiches were always disappointing too.
Very very disappointed...again! They keep using old oil to fry the chicken and even the pies! The pie were burned. I don't know what's going on with this location but the food quality has deminished drastically. I stayed away for months and went back today only to get the same result. The Popeyes at Harwood plaza needs to revamp the quality of food otherwise they will keep losing customers. Wasted my money!

The staff today seemed uninterested in their jobs or serving me at all. I was a bit disappointed in their lack of professionalism even if it was just young adults at a fast food chicken restaurant I would expect them to show common courtesy and common sense.
