Got burgers late at night past 02:00 AM and the quality of the food was uncompromised. Shocking to say the least coming from late night staff. Service was quick and the food was made "fresh" and hot. Not sure if I got lucky or not. Giving it 4 stars because the place needs to be a little cleaner for 5 stars.
Amazing staff! Was there for an hour at midnight. Place was packed, but the staff remained super nice and handled everything in an orderly fashion.Despite how many people were there, the wait was only 10 minutes for food.Food was hot and crisp too. Everything was great.First time at a Popeyes, and once the place emptied out a bit the staff were very helpful with answering whatever questions I had.Ended up placing a second order to take home ?
Horrible service! My order was made wrong and it took forever to make as they ran out of chicken. One particular staff member is very rude! I went back again to this location! ONCE AGAIN THIS LOCATION HAS FAILED! I WENT TO GET THEIR RAMADAN SPECIAL. THE CHICKEN WAS BURNT WHICH I ASKED THEMTO CHANGE AND THE MANAGER WAS CLUELESSAYING THEY ARE ALL THE SAME BATCH! ALSO THE FRIED ARE SO LESS THAT THEY STARTED WEIGHING THE FRIES TO GIVE OUT. WHEN I ASKED, HE TOLD ME THE RESTAURANT IS FACING A LOSS OF $9000 WITH FRIES SO THEY STARTED MEASURING ON A SCALE? TIME TO CONTACT HEADOFFICE TO COMPLAIN!
Average popeyes food experience. Half the dine in is always closed with literal food supplies on the closed side. Not a big deal just a little odd when it comes to the busier hours. Customer service is decent, some of the staff are very cheerful… others not so much
I went to this location and received less quantity for pieces. Its Understandable as its evening time very busy crowd, I spoke with management and told them my issue and not only did they honour and compensate my request very quickly they made up for it. That is quality customer service and I respect this location heavily for this.
Ordered a Chicken Sandwich meal combo on Uber eats that included a side of Fries, Macaroni, Chicken sandwich, Apple pie and a Drink.The sandwich was really good, and had enough chipotle mayonnaise to my liking. I’ve had it at other Popeyes and got some really soggy ones but thankfully this one was good. The fries were hot and crispy but the macaroni tasted like feet. Not my cup a tea. The pie was pretty good but I only got it to save money from the delivery charges for Uber eats. I wouldn’t buy this if I had a choose again lol. A few days later my family got a Family chicken meal box and it was overall pretty good. This location gives good pieces and the customer service is usually solid. Good job Popeyes, keep it up!!
Even though we only tasted the burger and fries, the customer service and cuisine were both excellent. We had a fantastic time here today, and the staff were delightful. This place is deserving of a lot more attention than it currently receives. This eatery comes highly recommended by me. I'd give the food a ten out of ten.
Every time I have gone to this Popeyes I have had nothing but good service. Even with larger orders, they are able to efficiently and correctly complete the order. The food is always warm, even when I have to drive back home. The workers are very nice and strive to be the best they can be for every customer.I will continue to go to this establishment and would recommend others to go there as well.
Honestly you guys have the worst customer service ever. I came there on Wednesday to get medium fries while I wait for my Pizza to be cooked next door and the Manager doesn’t even offer me a bag to go along with the fries and sauce which I politely asked and he obliged and gives me coupons in the bag so I decided to give the place another chance. Fast forward to Friday I order my 8’piece nugget combo and stand aside to wait for it to be ready . The girl working there’s like go stand over there in the corner where the employee area and tv is while she’s watching me the whole time . Not only did I see no other customer there the store wasn’t even busy . Not only did you guys offend and embarrass me , but you made me feel less of a human being . I just had a baby yeah my hair is a mess I’m wearing no makeup with spit up over my clothes, being woken up 6 am every morning but that’s not how you treat a paying customer and I will never be back at that location and you guys need to be ashamed of yourselves. Also you guys served me pink chicken while I was pregnant months back I should of never came back . Beware of this location !
I love Popeyes, but at this location it always something or the other. They are extremely busy weekdays at lunch hour with highschool students and evenings around dinnertime. It is always a long wait to get your food, or they are out of chicken and someone is always upset with their order. I feel bad for the cashiers. It seems very disorganized and chaotic in there always.My most recent visit was an early one, as Google said they open at 9AM. I got there at 9:40AM, the open sign is on in the window, the doors are open, but inside they said they open to the public at 10:30AM or 10AM for UberEats. Booooooo
