Food was amazing, presentation was very good. Service was the cherry on top! Tanya was amazing and went out of her way to give us great service! Delivered our food to our table, brought extra utensils and offered to cut the panzo in half to eat easier. Smiled the entire time and made friendly conversation. If I could give 6 stars I would!
Alright so I always order pizza only from pizza pizza as I always had good experience with them. I even know owner of this location. But from last couple weeks, I am not satisfied with the quality of the pizza. Out of last 3 times, one time the pizza crust was like rock hard or say really well done that I couldn't even eat it. Second time, I got delivery and the pizza was cold like not even warm and the seal was damaged. And lastly just yesterday I ordered a pizza takeout and guess what again they didn't make it right. If this is what I am going to get then sorry I am not coming back. I am a supervisor in a restaurant and I know how important it is to provide a good quality food as you don't want to lose your loyal customers. But for that you need to pay attention towards what's happening with people's order. Highly disappointed.
I ordered two large pizzas for delivery received them immediately when I opened the box and noticed a Ratched smell we started to eat noticed something on the pizza was foul I spent two hours on the phone with Pizza pizza who first offered me 10% back then they offered me 20% back then after further investigation and contacting the store they admitted there was an issue with a pepperoni and recommended that I should not eat it. Even though it was unbearable and I told him I was throwing it out. Although my wife did have one slice she was violently ill that night and into the next day we’re assuming food poisoning if I could give a negative star I would.
I mistakenly ordered Pizza Pizza instead of Pizza Hut on Uber Eats. The mozzarella was super think almost as though it wasn’t properly melted. I had to peel the cheese off in order to eat it. If I could’ve cancelled my Uber eats order sooner, I would have.
The Staff here is very nice however there is NEVER any pepperoni slices when ever I go in. Currently on a two day streak where they haven't any - but that's just this time. My confusion is pepperoni is probably the most common, so why not think ahead? When you have two slices left, start making a new one. It's super frustrating. Not to mention I've never seen more then 3 slices of one type of pizza, and usually five or less different types of pizzas all together. Its pretty sad because as mentioned before, staff is amazing - but this literally happens almost every time.
They make the best Pizza. I always come here from Oshawa. I know Pizza pizza is same but they take care of Quantity and Quality both.

I’m not sure if he was the owner, but the man working upfront was beyond kind and helped me when I was in need. I returned to the store a few weeks later and offered to repay him for his kindness, he said my continued patronage was all that he needed in return. This is so rare in society today. The food is great, front end staff are always kind, polite and prompt. The food is fresh and made with care and love. I highly recommend this location!
Good Pizza and quick and courteous service. I would change it to 5 stars once they add some halal options. But anyways the service and the cheese pizza was good
