Slightly below average food for Pizza Hut. Kitchen staff don’t really care (it’s a pizza place so whatever, but they could at least separate my toppings before tossing them on). Friendly cashier, but the place is surprisingly overcrowded with staff and uncomfortably hot.
I recently ordered from this Pizza Hut location on Rossland. The service was phenomenal. The staff was very helpful, especially Adam. He was awesome. I will order from this location again. Thank you.
Great flavour consistently! It would be great to have some AIR FRY OPTIONS on the menu (potato wedges, chicken bites, onion rings, tater tots (broccoli+ potato) & more veggie options etc.) !! Please bring in AIR FRY MENU!!!
This Pizza Hut is garbage pizza, better off eating pizza pizza cardboard pizza, ordered a large Hawaiian, it was a medium inside a large box and all the topping were in the middle of the pizza, and my other two medium supreme pizzas was burnt and hard, some of the Hawaiian was undercooked. Never buying from this Pizza Hut again.
order pizzas from a variety of different restaurant chains. This is by far the worst pizzas I have had ever. Either pizza hut as a chain has changed their quality standards or this branch needs to be closed down. Ordered a large pizza and three $5 pizza deal. The large pizza haldly had any cheese and the $5 pizza had neither cheese nor topping. Ordered thin crust and two of the pizzas were not thin crust. Delivery time was great but pizzas were really sad. Needless to say I will not order from pizza hut again. Lots of other places to spend my money and pizza hut really isn't the most coat effective to start with
I would actually give 10 stars. Walked in to place a order for pick up. Had the pleasure of dealing with Braden. I must say that Braden has absolutely phenomenal customer service skills. The Pizza that was made, was also 10 out of 10. Definitely satisfied. It's been quite a while since I had customer service like this.

Great pizza. Friendly staff. Only downfall is the parking area. It is in a small plaza connected to the Esso Gas station hence a very tight space and parking can be tricky or full during busy times. Other than that it is worth the visit.
Placed an online order , and have been calling them for the last 20min and I keep getting cut off. If I had ordered asap delivery rather then a later time I would not be able to get a hold of them to change anything if a mistake has been done.
Made me stand in the store and place an order on my phone instead of taking the order in the store. I was told it was the only way to apply my coupon, but it made no sense, since I paid with my credit card anyway. Stupid policy.
