Amazing pizzeria with a great variety of toppings.The first thing i must point out is that the staff at this location is very friendly and helpful. They make the whole experience great!The dough is always a great taste and the toppings are always fresh. Pizzadepot is the only place with such variety of toppings.The wings are also great tasting and the sauce is delicious.Overall i am very impressed with this location.
I spoke to the manager about my issue below.He was very responsive and apologetic for the staff's rude behavior. He helped me resolve the issue satisfactorily.Absolutely poor customer service in Ajax location. I had placed an order in January and the ingredients which I had ordered were not up to mark and the pizza wasn't cooked properly. So they agreed to give me a free pizza for my next order.I called them for a free pizza a few days back and the guy told there's nothing entered as such with my phone number. In my phone log I still have that I had called twice in January ,one to place the order and other to complain. They totally deleted it from the system. The guy who took the call wasn't pleasant at all. Never ordering again from this location where there is no customer service.
Tried the chicken tandoori pizza Indian style spicy. Was really good so much flavour jam packed in each bite.Along with wings tossed in hot bbq, chicken and flavour was good but 2 did not stick together. Had to keep scooping sauce with each dip. If the sauce was sticky or wings were breaded out would have bonded.Overall great food and fast service
Best customer service and orders are always ready on time. One special requests please bring old Heinz Creamy Garlic dipping sauce back.
I ordered 2 XL pizzas last night (my usual order), their pizzas are always a hit or a miss but last night was not good at all! It felt like they left the pizzas in the oven too long, the veggie pizza was so very very dry and the cheese pizza was literally inedible. It was like cardboard. I did call the store to complain they just gave me $5 store credit. At the very least, they should have given a replacement! Pizza Depot is our go-to spot for Indian style pizza and we come all the way from Oshawa. Really disappointed!

Horrible and disrespectful customer service. Completely unprofessional. Misleading information and very bad punctuality with delivery orders. I am an African and felt racially discriminated by their service. I will never order from here again.

Tandoori pizza is spicy and good. Butter chicken wings could be little more saucy.
