Good pizza, especially their thin crust. Sign up for rewards program if you frequent the place, as the rewards are a nice surprise when it means your pizza is free.
Pizza was barley warm when it arrived. It was extremely chewy and had no flavor. Barley ate one slice. This was my first time ordering from papa john's and I'm extremely disappointed and wouldn't eat from here again.
Extremely poor customer service. Papa Jones app indicated the food is ready, but wasn’t actually ready for 10 mins after. The staff was on phones for several minutes before attending to us. Overall bad experience with customer service
Orderd three med pizza's , more like a small in a med box . What toppings where on the pizzas were very limited and hidden under cheese. I didn't order a crust pizza seems like I had almost a two inch crust not impressed. My wife orderd , and this is not my regular pizza place.

Ordered the Philly cheese steak Papadia. Not worth the money. No taste... next to no cheese or steak. Seriously no impressed. Might as well call it cardboard.
