The food was amazing! We got three different naans and they were all so unique! See pics in the review. We got the beef brisket, chicken tikka and chicken mexicana… beef brisket was probably the best one. The only reason I gave it a 4 and not 5 is the restaurant smelled a bit odd, like a weird fake garlicy smell. It was really off putting so hopefully the restaurant sees this review and addresses that smell so more people can eat in the restaurant. But definitely recommend ordering from this place!

Really happy we are there.The restaurant was clean & busy with takeout orders.We ordered the Tandoori-, Butter- & Bihari Chicken stuffed wraps and they were very favourable. I’m not one for dipping sauces but they added another fabulous layer of flavour.The menu stated the Bihari and Tandoori chicken was spicy but we found it to be more on the mild side, bursting with flavour. ?We found the servings large for one person so next time, I’ll be sharing. We certainly took some home for left overs … can’t wait to over-warm and eat!We are definitely adding this restaurant to our favourite places.
Wow me and my wife went here for lunch Friday noon. Service fast. The Regional manager served us. We had the philly steak and Bihari Kebob naan.My favourite is Bihari Kebob. Amazing flavour. Juicy but not sloppy. Creamy soft meat and great spices and flavour. So filling we can't finish the whole naan.Coupled with Kashmiri tea and karak chai. Both are very nice. Word of advice. Tea is much better to dine in thank delivery.Update April 1st 2022:Like most places unfortunately their quality went down fast. 2nd time we have ordered and it was really bad. The Keema naan was drenched in oil and was uneatable.The 2nd time around I ordered behari Kebob one and it hardly had any meat just refried beans and it was super spicy. Very disappointing to get 2 naans and 2 teas for almost $60 and it's bad quality food. When it happens twice in a row then it's a pattern and there's no quality control. For almost $18-20 for a naan this should be much better like when they first opened.

A unique menu with a few Indian tea options. The bihari chicken kebab stuffed naan was delicious but I felt the portions were a little small for the price. The saffron chai had crushed pistachios on top mmm
First visited Naan and Chai location in summer 2021 and I believe it was opening week. The naan was perfectly cooked but the stuffed butter chicken was fairly underseasoned (salt).Fast forward to January 2022 and we tried them again, got the butter chicken and Mexican stuffed naans and what a difference.The flavours were amazing and the dip added a nice contrast to the stuffed naan. I think it tastes even better when the curry has become a bit more dry. Would definitely recommend and a good portion for a hungry individual as well.The chai has great flavour and lots of nuts so quite a pleasant experience.
The food is a 5 star but it's a bit too pricey. The naans are excellent. I've tried a few types and I find the keema and potato the best, but you can't go wrong with the others. Really good variety and lots to choose from...even for dessert.
Ajax branch: I think the server was racist. For some reason, me and my wife were not treated well. We wanted to try their tea for the first time, they didn’t want us to seat even though we are fully vaccinated and there are plenty of capacities. The server let us seat with a condition that we have to leave if other people come. We took a table but later she moved us to a different one. It was very clear that we were not welcomed here. This is probably the first and last time we visit this shop.
Must try , a very unique experience. We tried Paneer Makhani Naan and Spicy Potatoe Naan both were very yummy . They are accompanied with Dips which add more flavours to taste ?????
A great place to visit. I loved the atmosphere. I only tried their Kashmiri chai it was great I was hoping for a bigger cup. The cup seems bigger in the pic but in reality, it was not. I hope they change their sizes. Definitely going to visit again. Great customer service.
