Love this place, and my kid is practically addicted to their burritos...except the guac is probably the worst I've ever had. It's worse than supermarket guacamole. And they give you one small ice cream scoop for $2.59!!! Doesn't even fill half the container. Shame for a "Mexican" place -- you'd think they could throw together some fresh guac every morning, it's really so easy. (I make fresh with smashed avocadoes, a little diced onion & tomato, fresh cilantro, salt, cumin and lime or lemon.)
Great experience here, bowl was also delicious and customer service is also good here with great dine in atmosphere. You can visit here for quick and healthy bowls and burritos too.

Cheap owner who doesn't give the portions the Mucho Burrito company expects them to give, only got half a scoop chicken in a regular sized burrito, the rice was not cooked, I had raw rice in my mouth while attempting to eat the burrito, sour cream was 100% watered down. Will never eat there again.
This mucho burrito location is not bad. I wouldn't say it is the best burrito but you won't feel like you wasted your money. They are quite friendly at this location and overall they can make a fairly decent burrito.
I live 10 mins away from the Whitby location. I rather drive to this location because of the quality of service and how fresh the food is. When you order a 'Mucho' burrito it is actually a very large burrito. The staff is professional and friendly.

Visited this location today to get dinner after a long day at work. I Was very disappointed and disgusted to find that there was not one but two hairs in my food. My mom who actually went in to pick up the order could not recall whether the woman making the food was wearing a hair net or not. If not, that should really be put into place if you’re going to be handling people’s food. Makes me wonder what other basic precautions are not being taken.
