Rather disappointing experience today…. My husband got take out for us and all of us found our bread to be extremely stale. We usually go here for subs because we find the staff here very hard working and friendly. They have come to know us as regulars and often remember our preferences without us saying anything. You can tell it is a family run local business so we’re happy to support that despite longer wait times as some have mentioned. Unfortunately, if you’re going to serve your loyal regular customers ridiculously stale bread, it leaves a bad taste in our mouths in more ways than one….. treat your repeat customers better…. ☹️*UPDATE: the only “contact us” link on the website that I see is related to your rewards program…. I also left a review on your fb page - there is no option to send a direct message there…. If you truly want to learn more about our experience, I’d be happy to share more but honestly, what more can I say? The three subs we ordered were all on different types of bread and all were very stale and obviously not baked fresh that day…*
Great sandwiches at good prices prepared by very attentive staff. As a bonus this location has ice cream, cookies & donuts.Everything is super fresh. Check it out.
Horrible service. Don’t advertise soup with a sign and then say you don’t serve soup. Also the girl working there, told me the toaster didn’t work but the person beside me got his bun toasted by the other gentlemen working there, only for the girl to stare at me when she acknowledged what I saw! What kind of establishment is this!!!
This location has added an ice cream business inside the but has not added any staff. There is one person scheduled to work on both the Mr Sub counter and the la Diperie counter. Very long wait times as a result The one person working was very apologetic and pleasant
Not bad. Usually clean but they only leave one employee working at a time so it becomes a little busy
This place is garbage go to a good grocery store and get good healthy food!
What a horrific experience!! Around 2:30 pm today I walked into this location. No hello and an extremely unfriendly look. The woman (Persian) looks at my mother who wears hijab and when my mom assumes she is Muslim and says Salam. She looks away. Ok no problem. Now we order two sub combos. She claims she only charged for one but the amount is 17 dollars and some change. She attempts to charge for the sub she claims she didn't charge for but the new transaction is 24 dollars. I try to explain to her that she is double charging us and needs to cancel the first transaction. She claims she never charged us but my mother noticed that it said approved! After we spend ten minutes explaining yo her that she is trying to double charge, she catches her mistake and then goes off on a rant about how she is Muslim and doesn't cheat people then claimed that I had mental problems. I reminded her that she had a camera that was recording everything and yet instead of stopping or apologizing, she yells at us to get the hell out of the restaurant. Rest assured we will never give this location business again. Btw I was with my 6 year old autistic son who is presume put her in that bad mood as my mother wasn't the only one who received mean looks. I'm just really upset and appalled by what I experienced today
Just had a horrible experience at this location, don’t go. They put the wrong meat on our order, we told them it was incorrect but didn’t want to inconvenience them so said it was fine. They then overcharged us because of the incorrect order and refused to let us pay by gift card. We had to pay out of pocket... we almost didn’t even bring wallets so we are lucky.Just don’t go here. Go to any other location.
I just got out of this place and first time here. The lady was very rude showing the attitude like she is the queen of Canada. I asked her for a veggie sub and she asks me what meat I’d like on it. She got my order wrong and on top of that she didn’t toast my bread. Why do people work in customer service if they can’t even smile? .. thank you but I’m going back to subway
Not very good she does not know what she is doing very slow the young man working there is very good and fast and pleasant ?
