This location is one you must stay away from! Very disappointing. I get that the young ones need part-time jobs but the senior staff need to train better! Ordered a Big Mac and well the bottom bun had no patty on it! Guess where it was….stuck to the top patty! The bread was soggy, it was the sloppiest Big Mac I have ever had. My daughters Happy Meal had two bags or fries with 6-7 fries in each. What a joke this places is.
2 lines which is great cause it’s always busy. The staff seem tired but they don’t mess up my order ever. Keep it up team!They’re also patient when it comes to ordering, customers just gotta be nice and they’re nice back!
This is the closest location to my home and on the way to the 401 so we go here often- unfortunately. This location always adds a minimum of 15 minutes to our commute, sometimes more because we are made to park and wait for even the simplest order. About 50% of the time our order is incorrect in some way.We usually only get breakfast or a happy meal here if we absolutely have to. I’d literally rather go anywhere else.
We were very disappointed when we visited this location today May, 25, 2022. We were told that we had to pay for a tea $1.77, although we just wanted hot water to warm our baby's bottle. When we offered to pay for the cup, they said no we had to be charged (the cost of a tea) for the hot water. I was also planning to buy a Sundae, but was told I would still be charged for the hot water so I cancelled my Sundae order! Also, when we asked why, they said the owner told them to charge for hot water!!! Unbelievable!
I used to love going to McDonald's! I knew it would be tasty and cheap. Nowadays, it's neither. They consistently mess up my order in some way. Whether it's undercooking the fries or forgetting things, it's never right. I would imagine it's hard to mess up with so many timers and alarms but when you consider the fact that the staff is almost entirely teenagers, it makes perfect sense. What's worse is the insane amount of shrinkflation and price inflation across the entire menu! It is now a good 30% to 40% pricier than it used to be and definitely pricier than competitors like Wendy's and Burger King when you factor in the portion size. I hope McDonald's improves and returns to the good old days but I'm skeptical.
This McDonald's is the closet to my work and I use the drive-in fairly frequently. Dawn is awesome, friendly, concise. The drive-thru is usually very quick. I do have to say that my order is not always correct and they on occasion forget my sauce, but overall a nice location.
I ordered from Uber Eats today and when I began eating my food and drinking my drinks and there was a strange smell. It is as if someone sprayed perfume directly into the bag. I can only assume a worker who was packing my order sprayed something and it wafted into my bag. I usually do not write reviews but the smell is so overpowering and I feel as though this is a serious safety issue. Even now, I can still smell the perfume and it is very unsettling. The food itself was fine but the items that smelled the most were the muffin bag and my drinks. I have worked in fast food before so I know how these things can happen, I would just suggest that the workers are talked to about proper work habits so they do not harm others.
The food at this location is extremely inconsistent, but their best is 'average' so you're either getting average tasting mcdonald's or really poor mcdonald's. Their fries are usually luke warm; very rarely have i received fresh hot fries.Customer service also needs to drastically improve. Had a drive thru cashier close the window on me when i was trying to add something to an order. When i complained about it and sent an email, i was told i would get a call back from the manager but nothing came.
Worst customer service. Waited more then 2 min for someone to take my order in the drive through. Once pulled up to pay, there were 3 girls in the window laughing and giggling. The kids meal did not come with the straw and the poutine did not have a fork.
Good experience at this macdonald, friendly staff. I used the drive through. My order wansnt ready so i had to park and they got me my food outside. My sandwiches turned out really good they filled me up for along time. I recommend using the app for discounts if you haven't already.
