I have to say I didn't go to Mary Browns for a long time. Been going back there over the last few months and it is great. Even better than it was before and way better than KFC. Definitely one of my go to's now. Staff is super friendly,service is always great. Although it gets pretty busy sometimes it's worth the wait.
Chicken deal on Jul 6, 2022, Wed evening. Took more than one hour to get the order. Mary Brown, please don’t offer any deal in future if u cannot serve timely or post on your door expected waiting time so that people go home and come back after one hour.
I ordered spicy and was given 13 pieces regular. Drove 15mins back only for them to argue and refuse to change it. Only sprinkles spice shabily on the one i returned. I am so upset especially because i had to make a double trip for something that was clearly told to them in words and in writting. I spend so much money here weekly for my daughter and i to be treated so poorly
Excellent service from Kaitlyn. Everybody was leaving happy because of her service! Food was great as always.
In this reviewers humble opinion, Mary Browns is top tier fried chicken. Do yourself a favour and order a Big Mary
Extremely poor food quality. My parents ordered spicy chicken and they gave them really old mild pieces with hot sauce sprinkled on the chicken. They also order 3 chicken burgers and fries, all burgers had almost raw meat and cold chicken and fries. After a few hours of eating both of them had stomach aches. We would like marry brown head office to come and view the food quality at this particular location and we will also, be getting in touch with the ministry of health regarding the operation of this business. Extremely disappointed in the way customers are treated at this location. Look how disgusting those taters look.
The Middle eastern guy with fancy beard working, at the front is extremely friendly and polite, pays attention to what customer wants and expedites the order correctly! Extremely impressed, not all the Mary brown locations have such knowledgeable staff.

lve had it with mary browns,they havent got a clue how to make a wrap,it falls apart all the time to much sauce,makes for soggywrap,then you have both ends open with everything fallen out,I found a fix ,it,s pretty sad when you have to go to harveys for a chicken wrap,and there pretty good ,goodbye mb never again
Never heard of Mary Brown's before but as I am new to the area I thought I would give restaurants around my area a try. I ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwhich and a chicken pieces on the side. I will definitely say I prefer this over McDonalds and KFC. Will come again more often.
