How terrible π_π went to eat there yesterday and saw a waiter cough I really doubt whether she is in! And today I feel sick! I wonder if the symptoms started because I went there to eat! Makimono Ajax you don't want to go in the near future! I saw her at work today! It's horrible. Why are you allowed to come to work when you've been tricked
The place itself is very nice and clean, it is well put together as well with fast service.The sushi overall was okay as was the noodles & rice and the desserts we ordered tasted a bit funky.Also pricey!! There was a 15% service charge for every person which added up at the end to a lot.It would be nice to see a smile on the employees faces, service is important especially when dining in.I recommend trying the shrimp tempura though.
Ok, I live in Ajax and am not expecting great Japanese food, but this place was beyond terrible to say the least.First of all, when I ordered the take out, there was detergent smell all over the place. which was from the soup and Maki. Kani salad was watery, they actually uses cooked salmon on their roll. The most hideous one is the chicken karage which is pretty much rock solid fried dough.
Food quality had went down over the years. Rolls and maki not as fresh and the hot food is either overly cold or overcooked . Bundled with inflated pricing. Unfortunately we will not be coming back here anytime soon.
The food was excellent. Hot and tasty and very fresh sushi! They had both robot waiters and real waiters/waitresses, which made it fun. Comfortable seating and nice ambiance. I will go back for sure!
Food was very good as usual. Lots of different choices. Much more than just sushi.
The food was okay but Iâve had better sushi. I was also grossed out because a bug came pouring out of the soy sauce. The iPad they gave us to order food was also dirty with food stuck on it. I feel like they should be wiping those down with disinfecting wipes before giving them to customers, especially now during covid. Soy sauce bottles were also dirty.
The food was good the hot stuff was great the sushi tasted old or like they took it off someone elseâs plate and put in on ours and service was extremely slow we didnât end up getting half the things we ordered
Will return for lunch Dinner is too expensive. Three of us last night ( two being seniors)with one coke cost 135.00. The food was fresh and tasty. We did not have to wait for long to get our orders brought to the table .
