My mind is blown by the aroma, taste and amazing warm atmosphere. It felt like a family member was hosting us. You can taste and feel the passion for food in their cooking.The Qabili rice and the mixed grill platter is a total bomb.And my love for mantoo has been revived.Definitely coming here again and ? recommending to all food lovers.The owners know their cuisine in and out. ??
First off this place food is amazing, the flavour of each meat is just amazing!If you are craving Naan and kabob style food then YOU MUST TRY THIS PLACE OUT.AND TOP OF ALL THAT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AMAZING!!!I ordered chicken tandoori kabob and shush kabob meal.. The owner added a complementary frini. Amazing customer service!
The food here is beautiful, very well made with lots of flavor! I had the shish kebab with rice and salad plus a side of dumplings for lunch which was very good. Definitely will be returning thanks again Weiss and Sultana!-Shane

Very friendly staff, delicious food, clean restaurant. Had all the vegetarian main dishes and they were all great. Loved the bolani stuffed red pepper. Will come back again for sure!!!
My chicken burger Patty was raw and I asked if it could be "well done" and the male owner literally told me... that it's not the "patty" but it was "me"... even asked for forks when I knew he had some but declined to give it.There's no reason to be defensive of the food - I'm not coming here again as we expected better and polite service.MAIMANA in WHITBY has better customer service and food quality! I recommend going there!! :)
Absolutely delicious! All the food was so tasty, well seasoned, and so fresh. We ordered the burger which was scrumptious. The lamb shank with the rice with the carrots and raisins. The lamb shank was so soft and tender and falls right off the bone, you can tell it was marinated for a long time and cooked with so much love, and cooked to perfection. We also ordered the mixed grill, which came with the chicken, the beef tikka and sheesh kabab, all of which were seasoned so well and full of flavour and again, cooked to perfection. The naan was soft and you can tell it was made fresh when I ordered, best I’ve had in a very very long time. Even the salad that comes with the meals was so fresh the lettuce, tomatoes, onions and cucumbers all beautiful colours and perfect! Honestly I’m so happy I decided to go here to grab food for my family. We will definitely be eating from here again. The restaurant was very clean when I walked in , I ordered our food to go, which was prepared by very nice and down to earth people. The wait was not long at all but ample enough that I knew all our food was being prepared and made to order. Hands down one of the best restaurants in the Durham Region.
Staff are very friendly yet so professional. Food is 10/10, highly recommended, especially their tandoori wraps! Definitely worth eating here!
Just excellent Kabab that we enjoy very much. The service is professional and friendly and the food is well prepared and tastes like it's made at home. The wait time is minimal and the plaza has ample parking and a variety of businesses. Recommend the Beef Tikka and the Waziri Kanab but you can't go wrong with any choice at Maimana. Five stars ??????.
One of the worst place i ever been. Food is tasteless, portions are very small. Price is too high compared to what you get. Its even worse than my mom's cooking. I hope they will be out of business soon. If there were no stars, i could have given them.
