I found a little gem in Ajax ???Good price, great service, yummy food!They offer a wide variety of food! If you love pork, this place is for you! They also have many delicious desserts too. Come early is better because they run out very fast even it’s only afternoon!!! Call in if you want to place an order ahead time or if you would like to know what they are offering at the time!The difficult thing for me is I can’t remember the name of the dishes ? so I always take pictures of them so I can show it when ordering!
YUMMY, DELICIOUS Filipino food! The staff here are always friendly, courteous & the restaurant is clean & tidy. Been here over a dozen times with friends & family. I highly recommend Lechon Republik! They won’t disappoint! ;)

This is my “go to” restaurant in Ajax. Great portions at a great price but where they really excel is the service. The staff are always very welcoming & appreciative when I stop in, & are always happy to explain what’s in something if I haven’t tried it yet.It’s really a 6/5
Where I ordered the whole lechon for the first time..It was beautifully cooked and delicious it was gone fast.I willl definitely order again.Thanks ate!(which I lost her phone no. accidentally)They also have a great service at the store with the 2 young Gentle man.Thank you!
Well they were closed before 8pm and its currently 7:34pm. Not sure why they say they're open until 8pm on Monday. I will update this later once I'm able to try the food.
We tried this location for the first time yesterday and we're pleased with the food we received.We ordered the boodle fight meal for 2 (take out ordered 1 day in advance). Very good portion size and pricing was fair. There was a lot of variety including garlic rice, 2 different types of fish, quid, little octopus pieces (I think), 2 BBQ pork or chicken skewers (?), BBQ pork pieces, muscles, shrimp, eggplant, ocra, shredded carrots and mango. The sauce provided was interesting and different, not sure what it was. It was delicious and lasted us 2 meals.I also bought 3 different flavours of pastilles which were nice.Next time I woud like to try their lechon kawali and other items. Seems like they have a good variety of options available. We will be visiting again!
I found their portion very small. There was very little pork in the pork side I got. I was there as soon as it opened up and yet the food did not look fresh. I will not be going back.
The food here was delicious and reminded me of my mom’s food. The halo halo and adobo were great. Would definitely come back here again.
My fiancé and I stopped here on a whim for lunch one day and really enjoyed the food! The owner was very nice, the food was great, and the prices are a good value considering the portions are a good size as well! If you're into authentic Philippine cuisine or looking to try something different, I would definitely recommend!
