I used to be a regular here. But not going here ever again. Order chicken salad. There were hardly 10small chicken pieces. Quantity and quality is drastically reduced. Buy your shawarma somewhere else, not this place.
They added too much grease l. Didn't had a napkin fork or spoon. We are construction workers and had to ask a neighbor for spoons.Asked for chicken shawarma and all we get was rice and veggies barely any chicken. Food was cold and delivery took 85 minutes and it was literally 600meters distance.
I had Chicken on Salad light on the sauce no Hot sauce. This was on a Wednesday at about 6pm. The tomatoes in the salad tasted weird and I regret that I didn't stop there. I was bloated the night of and all day today Ive been sick. Severe stomach pains,bloating, headache, low energy. The list goes on and on. The chicken tasted old and over cooked. Im not sure if its cross contamination or old tomatoes. (My wife had chicken on the rocks and is fine.) Please ensure basic food handling sanitary measures are being practiced. You are not mixing old food with new food and following FIFO properly. Also ensure your staff are regularly sanitizing the area and changing there gloves. Ensure your staff is cooking proteins to there proper temperature 165F. Ensure old chicken is not being mixed with freshly shaved chicken. Finally ensure you have shelf life for products (Even Vegetables) so your staff know when things are not good anymore. Prepare less more often to avoid this in the first place. I am a chef and certified Food Safety Auditor. Please go over these things to avoid this happening again.
FOUND LIVE BUG IN MY SHAWARMA WRAP. DO NOT EAT HERE!!I found a live bug/wasp moving around in my wrap after I bit into it. Absolutely Disgusting. Never have I experienced a more horrible experience with my food. I had to throw up immediately after killing the bug. My whole family threw their food out as well. Wasted our money & gave us ptsd with buying food from outside now. Shame on Lazeez for allowing something like this to even be possible. We give our hard earned money to support a local business & we get live creatures in our food as a thank you. I will be returning in the morning to receive my full refund.PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE EATING FROM HERE!!!
Looks can truly be deceiving as this was terrible. I used to hate on Osmows but my chicken on the rocks today was BAD. Ordered it via Uber Eats and the rice was wrong (I asked for plain rice and they gave me lentils) the chicken was dry and did not taste fresh at all and it wasn’t even hot. I asked for Hot and it tasted terrible. What is this? Is this what you guys call food? Honesty, I can make better food drunk. Not to mention I have a chickpea/lentil allergy and I clearly didn’t want that in my rice. You can kill someone by not following the customers orders. Never again.
Just ordered from uber app. I'm disappointed the chicken didn't taste fresh it tasted old. The shawarma was okay but the chicken on rocks didn't taste good and they forgot to put hot sauce and white sauce. I feel kinda sick now??♂️?
I seen a bug by the salad and onions nasty...The cashier didn’t wash hands or changed gloves. When making food, after handling money and debt machine.Requested refund they refused to give me my money and yelled at me.Place is unsanitary, please don’t send your kids there at lunch time. Might be bugs in the chicken
The people who were working there were nice. We ordered a chicken shawarma sandwich from them. When she was adding the sauce in the sandwich we noticed she was adding a lot so we told her that good enough sauce. We noticed that they were very generous with the garlic and tihini sauce to the point were the sandwich was dripping as soon as she put on the grill and when we started eating it. The pita was lightly grilled which didn't have the best taste. And we couldn't taste the shawarma itself since it was drenched in sauce. The place does look good though and has seats for people sit and eat.
Menu is difficult to understand when ordering through Uber. I was hoping for a Shawarma and instead got a rice and beef platter, which is nothing like a Shawarma. The beef and rice dish I ended up receiving was OK, but nothing special. The potatoes are not cubed like traditional Greek restaurants, I got a whole potato that was simply cut in half. Once again, nothing special. My friend ordered a kebab platter which she said was barely edible. It was dry and chewy which for a Greek restaurant should never happen. You only get one chance at a first impression and I won’t be ordering from here again.
Great place for Falafel. Their mild is spicy enough.. be very careful when ordering very spicy or even medium spicy. The selection of condiments is great and they fry falafel separately as well. Always fresh. Have had their falefal at least a few times and plan on going there more
