Terrible customer service. While I was trying to order some of the staff were arguing with another customer who's order was wrong. When I received my order I guess the person who served me was still angry about the previous customer and literally threw one of my bags on the counter and when I asked if the second bag was mine she ignored me completely. Will never go back to this location. KFC do better.
Ordered online. Food was almost an hour late. CS confirmed they had the order.Manager say that the order system did not work. There was a delay and they were getting orders late. Same excuse the store gave me the last time I ordered and they made a mistake.He said he got my order and saw it was late but did not think to give a quick call to say it's going to be late.Just said call corporate to complain but I will have to google the number as he did not have that info.Never again.
One of the worst staff I have ever seen for my whole life.... The women staff inside the store screamed at us for using the washroom and asked us to get out while the women was using the washroom.The store was still not open but the doors were open so the customer went inside to order as well as use the washroom.The lady throw us out and was literally screaming at us...... One of the worst experience of my life...The manager of the stores has to really take action on this lady for such a ride behaviour.
To be honest i am not sure how KFC is still in business, staff on this location are nice and all but man, the quality and size of the chicken has gone way down! Ordered a 4 piece combo, its a big box when i opened it, its not even half way filled up, never again. Before reader assume we’ve finished the fries, nope thats how it is when we opened it. Super disappointed, chicken was overcooked (dry inside), fries are just handful and the chicken just doesnt taste anything related to chicken anymore.
This was the second worst KFC meal of my life (Had one before 2years ago at KFC near The westwood mall in Malton)Out of nowhere I had a thought of given a second chance to KFC.The chicken was stale. The fries were soggy. The chicken popcorns had no taste. I hated myself for spending every cent at KFC.Hope you guys improve on your food.
I use to love eating KFC but the last time I went to this location would be my last the chicken was stale and dry and they chopped the thigh in 2 pieces and sell them as one piece.. it was disgusting and rip off. Don't even bother going here clearly its a new owner who is cheap and greedy...
Posted hours and hours on google and KFC website are different. Website allows you to order for 10:30 open but the store doesn't open til 11. Employee was rude, unhelpful and irrational. The order was already placed and paid for online, I wish I could have cancelled the order. Unfortunately the food is needed for a birthday party that started at 11 (which is why I ordered to be ready by 1030)This experience solidified why I NEVER eat at KFC. No matter if the online deal is good (10 tenders for $10) the unprofessionalism isn't worth the discount. I should have paid for Popeyes tenders instead...
absolutly disguisted with majority of the staff except takeout lady was polite. ordered 3 piece meal. opened the box and there was only what looked like 2 pueces as the third piece was 100% bone only. on top of that they wanted to chargee for a small side salad which one would assume that for 14 dollars it would come with one.never goi g back here again. and a complaint will be made to head office.
I was at this KFC in Ajax around 7 pm. last night. I had a challenging time getting into this place. A customer leaving had to hold both doors open for me as I was going in. I could not find an automatic door open button.When approaching the cash counter, I asked the employee if the KFC there had an automatic door open button - device. She said no, and I proceeded to ask her if she knew why? She told me that she did not know... she only works there, and I'd have to ask the store owner.So.. in the reviews: Are you aware that it has been law under AODA for business" to start working to upgrade their business to be accessible compliant to customers. It has been several years since this started, and I do believe that businesses have to be compliant by 2025.I hope you will be starting on this soon?I struggled getting in and out of your establishment. I use a walker... strength is not always there.
Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever experienced!I tried to order the 2 chicken sandwich BoGo deal from the drive through and the employee asked me for the coupon number. There was no number on the coupon. i was told to come inside of the store to complete the transaction because the lineup got heavy.We went inside to place the order and the cashier was punching in the BoGo deal and the manager came and said this is only an online coupon and we cannot use it here. I have used this coupon at other locations many times and i was never told this. The manager was very rude and impatient and did not want to help me at all. She said if we place the order online now it will take 30 minutes for us to get the order.The picture I attached is the the same order that another location honoured for me the same night. The other location was very helpful and friendly.This is a very bad customer experience. This manager needs to be replaced or taught how to provide a good customer service. She is ruining the name of KFC.
