The location is clean and spacious but the service was just horrible, I ordered a build your own burger with avocado ? and recived a burger with bacon + cheese + goat cheese without the avocado ? I'm not sure if it was her way to upsale the build your own and add other things, at the end of the meal we found that there was a hair in my wife drink so we just decided to pay and leave.We will not come back to this location.
I came in tonight for the famous half priced wings and Kelseys, you did not disappoint! Shannon served and kept me entertained all night! What a character this girl is, I can see why she loves her job so much - she was probably having more fun then I was - GREAT server!! I mistakenly ordered hot wings instead of medium...so of course when they came, I was burning my mouth off. Despite being super busy and running around like crazy during the dinner rush, Shannon wanted to make sure I was enjoying my meal and insisted on taking the hot wings back and getting me something milder. What Service!!!! She also made me the best drink(s) ever to help wash down the heat - she recommended that I try the hard soda and she nailed it! I ended up having two :) Thanks Shannon, you made a great night out even better! I will def be back and requesting to sit in your section!! Cheers!

First Off! We arrive and are taken to a table and the waitress runs off to get menus but never comes back. Then another waitress comes over and asks if we have ordered yet and clearly we haven't because we haven't seen a menu yet. Finally we get the menu and then wait 20 minutes for our drinks to show up. There were 4 waitresses on our table an none had a clue what they were doing. The place wasn't busy at all. We get the food and the steak was barely edible and neither the burger or steak had seasoning. I was running to the bathroom as soon as I got home. These waitresses had zero training, zero respect, zero attention to detail. The management should be fired. The cooks should be sacked. And we should get a refund. Absolutely terrible food. Roasted mushrooms came from a can, mas potato and vegetable weren't even hot enough to melt the butter. The french fries were dry. The drinks were terrible with water that was also terrible.
After ordering the vegetarian patty for the first time and realizing it wasn't for us, Josh, our waiter, went over and beyond to make sure our night at Kelseys continued to be a great one! After immediately taking our dish away, he promptly got us the menu and allowed us the time to carefully pick our new order. While the food was being prepared, Josh refilled my boyfriends drink and even brought an extra glass for myself!His patience and quick thinking made our dinning experience a smooth one! We are incredibly satisfied with his high quality service. We will definitely be back again!
We come to the area once every few weeks for a Costco shop, and usually pop into this Kelseys because we don’t have one where we live. We always have great food and service here. Our server Ashley K was wonderful and went over and above to make our experience great. She was very attentive and our food was served hot and fresh. Would highly recommend this location to anyone! Definitely the best Kelseys around.
Amazing experience having a family dinner at this location. Our server, Josh, was very knowledgable and friendly. Loved my Sangria - well done in letting us know the drink options and helping me to decide! We were looking forward to our dinner and highly enjoyed. Time for a food-overload nap! Thanks, Josh!
Today was honestly the worst experience I've had on a dinner date in all my life. If you want dinner save your money and Uber eat/skip the dishes home right to you. You'll save on alcohol cost, gas and more importantly your time. Booked reservation more than a week in advance to avoid the busy bookings they make be experiencing, arrived 10 mins early and we were seated right away (which was great). Now everything goes down hill. We waiting over half an hour for a random waitress to ask us if we've gotten water or drinks yet. Took another 10 minutes for someone to actually ask us if we wanted something to drink and place an order. We decided as it's been 40+ minutes that we'd order everything we wanted at once. They were less than 50% capacity and seemed to care more about their take out customer rather than the dine in customs. Took an hour and 20 minutes to get apps. At which point we were starving. Got our entrees about 45 minutes later and everything was cold. The cheese wasn't heated, the steak was cold the onion rings almost had frost bite and no one had come by the entire time to check on if we needed a drink top up or at least let us know how long our food would be. All in all it was a horrible experience and communication and customer service would take this location a long way. Hope you learn from past experiences and fix what needs to be fixed
Only gave this restaurant a 1 star because we couldn't do any lower.Service was iffy & the manager was soo disrespectful and rude & OHHHH the food!!!! Absolutely horrific! We have tried several times to go to this restaurant and always had issues. I would never ever recommend this restaurant! The manager even accused us of trying to get a free meal & always complaining!! Well...they gave us stale old chicken & we didn’t even eat it!!There must be a problem and a revolving door at this restaurant because every time we have a problem with our food they blame it on "having new kitchen staff"Very bad training and customer service! How dare they accuse us of always having issues when even the last time we were there was not too bad at all. This I can tell you… We will never go back again to this location?????we even offered to pay for our drinks and she said no… This one is on me. How could The manager accuse us of trying to get free meals when we offered to pay for things? Absolutely ridiculous and completely insulting! If you Respect your taste buds… You will not go to this Location!!
I came here last night with 3 of my friends, and they took our Vaccination records and sat us down. We sat for about ten minutes until they asked us for drinks. We ordered our drinks and waited another 10 minutes for the waitress to come back.When she finally comes back to the table, she tells us after we have been there for 25 minutes that their kitchen was having maintenance issues and could not make food.WHY! Did you waste our time for so long when we could have gone somewhere else in the meantime. We did not have a lot of time together that night, and we were all highly displeased. Clearly they have no care for someone's time.
