Bought an almost $10 green smoothie, which tasted like it was watered/milked down. I remember Freshii making awesome green smoothies many years ago, sadly they don’t any more. The smoothie was almost undrinkable.Also, there was almost no foot traffic in the store. I wonder if this location is being used to launder money.
The service was friendly enough and it’s clean and bright, that’s why it’s getting 2 stars. But as a food establishment, it’s really lacking in the food department, I’ve ordered multiple times and neither me nor my friends could finish our food because it wasn’t palatable. Recipes need to change because Freshii could’ve been a big hit!
I paid $18 for a custom bowl and they put next to nothing in it. Cold quinoa and little to no toppings. The owner of this store should be ashamed of themselves. Hope your business closes. Scamming people to cut food cost. If you can’t afford to run your business the way it should be run, just move on to other things, instead of shorting your customers for a few cents a bowl.
Service here is Great!! Food quality is Great!!! BUT, THE QUANTITY & PORTION SIZE OF ANY ORDERED ITEM, IS BECOMING LESS & LESS. Prices are increasing, yet portion sizes are decreasing - NOT FAIR. We may get our soups and salads from else where I guess.
I tipically like the smoothies at Freshii, but this store makes them really bad. A lot of ice and some of the ingredients to make the colour look good but no substance!
This location needs a visit from a Manager, the lady working at the cash counter is bad for your brand. She thinks it's her house, not her job! Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful
This location is a disaster and by far the worst Freshii location I've been too. It seems as though staff plus management don't really care about what they are putting out. Their staff gets orders wrong A LOT and they cheap out as much as possible since they know customers are not eating in the restaurant therefore seeing their food outside of the location. Picture posted shows how no broth is added to the soup. I had ordered two and the other one had no broth at all. But this is just how this location is. There is always something wrong with the order. No issues at other locations. This is just this location that I've had bad service.
This Freshii needs a visit from the district Manager, two visits in a row now you get 2/3 of a bowl ! Most locations can barely get the lid on ! We are very dissatisfied. It’s clear to see by most of the reviews that this location doesn’t care to correct the problem!!!
Wanted extra rice and was willing to pay but the girl said no… weird because I always get extra rice with my bowl at the Dufferin/ Steeles location, they charge me extra and I get want I want…lost a customer at this location!!
The food itself is good but the portions are smaller. They increased the price but lower the portions. Barely half bowl.
