Awesome pizzas have been ordering at this location for a while now and some how they always make a perfect pizza ?
Ordered from here multiple times and the pizza has always been so good!
My experience with dominos always has been good. They are not cheap with the toppings and I always feel the employees are well trained. This location though has been the only dominos location that doesn't make good pizzas. On top of that the one time I called to complain, they asked to bring the pizza back...what?!?! (even though my order was delivery) and because a couple slices were eaten, they refused to take it back and replace it. Horrible customer service. Stay away from this location.
I order from here all the time. The toppings are fresh, the service is fast and prices are great. Ask them for any deals they have going on and they give you a whole list! Will definitely be going back over and over again!! 5/5 star!!
ordered a pizza and this side. lack of toppings to say the least. on the pizza I asked for extra onions and mushrooms on one half paid $1.50 didn't look like that added any of that extra. on the spicy jalapeno they could have added more jalapeno and pineapple as that is the name of the dish.
I ordered for the first time at this store and my experience was amazing.I forgot to bring the mask and had to pick up the order from the store and I called the store and told them the situation.The staff was so helpful and understanding and they did not think twice and said don’t worry we will bring the pizza to your car and keep it in the trunk.It was so amazing to experience this generosity and amazing customer service.And the pizza was well done as I asked and the toppings were filling.Over all the whole experience was fantastic and will recommend them to everyone.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Okay.... let me start off by saying.... WOW! I never really like Domino's until a few days ago when my husband and I decided to order a few Pizzas and Wings from this location. I was totally blown away by how good the pizzas tasted. I decided to visit again today and I was glad to see that the store was clean and all the workers had masks. Their lava cake was to die for and the service was much quicker than I expected. You will see me again ;)
The order took 30 min longer than predicted to arrive. The tracker said it was delivered and it was not. I had to call them and it still took - long time. I called them again and they blamed the traffic. So ironic. Traffic on a Monday night in Ajax… what are the odds???Food was ok but not very war anymore.I was never offered an apology.
By far the best pizza I’ve ever had. Staff is always polite and accommodating. Pizza times are amazing, quality of food is exceptional and service is great. All three locations in ajax are equally amazing! Great work guys
This store is the worst Dominos Store ever, The manager here has no manners to talk to the customers. Just because she is working in store for 2 years (I know this because she like to brag about it)she thinks she is the queen of the store and can be rude to anyone. We just told her that every time we remove the bacon from our pizza and add a veggie option it doesnot charge extra and we order the same thing almost every week and her reply to this was ‘ This is not how food industry works’, Go girl and know some sense in to that head of yours, Food industry runs because of customers so learn some manners first and then find a job. No one is asking you for free stuff. Have some courtesy for customers as you wont have a job without customers.
