I was at this location this evening and noticed that an employee straight went to the doug after handling cash at the POS. Employees needs to be aware about the importance of proper hand washing procedures, which is part of the food safety regulations.
UPDATE---Absolutely no contact from management or the owners. This location I've called multiple times to speak to someone in power and they seem to not care and take down my information for someone to call me back but nobody ever does.I'm filing a complaint with head office regarding this franchise and the other location in Ajax. Very disappointing ?BE WARNED ⚠️Ordered a walk in medium pizza with triple cheese and Brooklyn pepperoni and received almost triple cheese and definitely not close to triple pepperoni. Went back into the store and explained the pizza issue and got the response of ( Brooklyn pepperoni is bigger ) I explained that I ordered triple and there is only one layer and he said ya one layer. Explained the Other location make the pizza nice and thick with pepperoni and truly no positive answer back.Unsure who owns this location but the owner needs to retrain the workers on how to make pizza and proper customer service.This location has had multiple complaints and the owner hasn't done anything about it.Highly doubt they will reply to this, Highly recommend you stay away unless you like to spend money on basic toppings at a premium price for extras. I ordered a gluten free and I got a sauce and flavor free. I'm fully aware of what the limitations are of gluten free pizza and I don't have unrealistic epectations But what I got from here needs to be improved. Papa John's does a very similar pizza but it's much better quality

Been ordering from Domino's Pizza at 20 Harwood Ave S for at least 4yrs now. Always found the Pizza decent for the price range.But, our last 2 orders we have seen a big decline with the quality. Giving 3 stars and hoping they read this and turn the quality around. Need to talk to your employees and let them know your standards are dropping. I will give them 2 more orders but if we don't see the quality return we will have to order from a different location or Pizza joint all together.

Love they're Alfredo pizza, it was 50 percent off last week. Ordered online and paid online, but when my son came to pick up they charge him again so he paid up. Only to come back again to refund the money. Maybe crew was new and didn't notice the bill. Otherwise pizza's great

worst place to get pizza from, I ordered online takeout special large pizza with 4 toppings on May11th,2021, came home, pizza was half burnt and very dry. couldn't bring it back to store as my kids had started eating, put feedback on their website and someone called me few minutes back offering half cheesy bread.... really pathetic place run by god knows what type of people. I usually buy from papa johns and pizza nova, thought of trying new place... my mistake... wouldn't recommend it to anyone ... other positive reviews seem from people known to person owning or running this place. had to put 1 star otherwise it is not letting me post
