I had an order of 2 chicken tender baskets I ordered it on uber eats ....I received the wrong order and was advised to call the DQ location when I did they said there was a mix up and my order is not coming but I can pick it up if I'd like if I could pick it up I wouldn't have ordered it for delivery...they had the nerve to say because they were busy my order was mixed up and now I will not be getting my order unless I pick it up myself worst customer service ever !!!! ?
Its sad because I love dairy queen. I would order frequently from them on door dash but then they kept messing up my orders alot. It looks bad.
Ordered what I thought was the double cheeseburger combo for $5.99 I see constantly advertised. The girl working the window seemed like she had better stuff to do. She hated me my food and no drink. I figured whatever, I'm in a rush I have water. I opened the bag to see only a burger. Now I am wondering what I actually just purchased. Turned out it was a sort of burger? The patties were rock hard and the bun had the texture of a rubber band. It looked like the kitchen staff had cooked the burger, then added it to a bun before putting it onto a sandwich press. This thing was magma hot. Never again am I going to be stopping at this dairy queen.
Went through the drive through in the evening and ordered a blizzard, chicken burger and 2 beef patty burgers. Received the blizzard fairly quickly and after waiting about 10 minutes they asked if we could pull forward and park by the dumpster as the chicken wasn’t ready. Fine. Pulled forward and parked by the dumpster which was clearly not a real spot, waited another few minutes for someone to come out. I said “thank you” as the employee practically threw the bag of food at me without saying anything and walked away. Finally get home and the remainder of the food was old. They had clearly made the other food and left it sitting for 15 minutes while we waited for the chicken burger. Also as per the other reviews, the ice cream quality at this location is a joke. Super watery to the point they cannot honour “upside down or it’s free”.
Great choices! My first time trying the pecan pie blizzard and it was amazing! Always amazing and fast service too!
Came here as I had a coupon for BOGO Blizzard.Ordered one medium Turtle blizzard and one Strawberry Cheesecake. Total was about $7.00Overall location was clean. Customer service was okay.Both the blizzards were sadly not well made and somewhat melted :(The turtles blizzard tasted amazing - praline cream, chocolate chunks and nuts. I ended up coming home and freezing both of them to solidify.The strawberry cheesecake blizzard was a total flop! Will not recommend. Just mixed strawberry ice cream. There was absolutely no toppings/mix ins in the blizzard. What a total waste!
I love blizzards and when they're to be served at least the 1st one is to be served upside down to show quality....a Dairy Queen thing. Well they NEVER serve them that way, instead tge have a lid...so the soft half melted contents don't show til you take the lid off and half your Blizzard spills out. Oh, and don't try to complain to the server at the window...the attitude is humongous! I've been several times as it's close to my house, always hoping it will be better. Nope. Going to drive to Whitby next time!!
