Have always enjoyed going to Chucks; however, was disappointed with the experience twice this week. On Wednesday we had great service but was surprised to watch the bartender take 4 shots. Then today (Sunday) our first server was fantastic, but was handed off to another server after her shift finished, who failed to put in a food order. We had to leave the restaurant as we had been waiting for 1/2 hour disappointed and hungry.
The food taste horrible. I thought we come for a nice family outing (family of 3) however our experience was not so nice. They forgot to bring it one of our meals, I waited 35 minutes to see if they were going to bring it out as the rest of my group received their food. We decided to ask for Togo boxes and the bill at this time I reminded our server they had forgotten one of our meals. She said oh sorry about that I’ll take it off the bill (like I was going to pay for food I didn’t receive) I think she may have forgotten to put it through as she did not write anything down when taking our order which was a nice of various things. I will not becoming back and should of read the other reviews first.
Went for dinner tonight with daughter an 3 grandsons 8 and under. Staff were great and the food came in reasonable time.We asked for take out containers as the kids had lots of leftovers. As I was stopping to pay the bill a young lady saw me struggling with the leftovers. She asked if I needed a bag. She worked there but was not on duty. Great service by all and highly recommended.
Service was excellent. Food was great. Ate lunch there was so good went back for supper. Steak was great. Prices were ecelent as well. Would definetly eat there again.
Typical Pub, medium cold draft beer, less than average food. Our server was excellent though. I won’t be going back here.

Came here last night for their after 9pm Half price appetizers. We were told they don't do seating after 10pm. We arrived 15mins before 10pm. Their business hours posted at the door states closing is at 12am. Oh well. I guess if you want half price app you have 45mins to get there, otherwise you'll get turned away?
Great value food. Love their burgers.
Always a great place to go to. They keep che king on you to make sure everything is okay at your table. Highly recommend this place in Ajax.
