My friend and I went for lunch today Tuesday the 19th. Her husband’s 1st anniversary since passing. He loved veal sandwiches so we decided to have one in honour of him. We researched and this restaurant had rave reviews. What a disappointment. The server was very pleasant and friendly. The veal was cold and sauce very sparse. She reheat it for me and it was still cold. The side of roasted potatoes were cold and dry. This was our first and definitely our last visit. If Durham residents think this is good then they really have a low bar for measuring.
I placed a large order of desserts for my mother’s 80th birthday. Everyone enjoyed all of the desserts. The staff at the bakery were very professional and courteous. She was very patient as I ordered a variety of 75 pieces. My order was packaged and waiting for me on the day. I highly recommend this bakery.
Fantastic Italian cakes and sweets for mothers day. Delicious, fresh and nice staff. Pricey for sure haha.

Just moved to Ajax close to this establishment. I ordered a Porchetta Sandwich and some pastries. Sandwich was tasty - no complaints. Great bread. However the pastry’s were PHENOMENAL. I put them in my fridge and didn’t have time to get to try them till the next day and they were still amazing.I ordered off of UberEats - the food came fast as well. Will definitely come back again
This is the first time I went to Buon bakery, I have to say food was delicious and customer service was great. I purchased take out on line and unfortunately they didn’t have the piece of cake I wanted so I picked something else. Instead of giving me one they gave me 2 pieces of the dessert I requested. Everyone was inside was also very pleasant. Thank you ?.
Very impressed with this bakery! The staff were very friendly and helpful since it was my first time in the store! The desserts were fantastic and I can't wait to order again! I also wanted to say that the website is very helpful and super organized!

It was my 2nd visit at Buon Giorno before Christmas ,yet they welcome me and served me as if I was their loyal regular customer. The connection was awesome, They treated not only a customer but like family . Great service Buon Giorno you made may year and I will be seeing you more in 2022 .*****
Not sure if this place changed hands or something but i will never be going back. Meatballs taste like they’re frozen from grocery store. Arancini not very good either.This place used to be great. Very disappointed. Maybe the deserts are still good?
