Had such a wonderful time at Boston Pizza! Amazing customer service and fantastic food! ????Everything was spot on and excellent!??Definitely recommend this for anyone and everyone! Family friendly, halal options which is rare but great, warm environment, yummy food, good vibes and just great atmosphere in general! Shoutout to the amazing manager who was also very incredible! Ensured we were having a great time and checking in on us to see all was well! Great hospitality, understanding, heartwarming, professional and very hardworking!? Thank you for you and your team for giving us an awesome experience! Ramadan Mubarak!⭐️?

Our server/bartender Erica was great! She and the rest of the staff kept checking up on us and the food was much needed!

Seriously short staffed - we had good service because there was almost no one there when we arrived, but as it filled to capacity, there was literally two servers plus the manager trying to take care of the entirety of the restaurant. Staffing shortages happen, especially right now, but that's when you close a couple of tables and adjust so you can provide an appropriate level of service to your customers. Trying to maintain a decent level of service to a full restaurant with three people isn't a tenable plan, and won't help your long term customer success.

Went for a lunch with my daughters hockey team. Booked in advance because we were a pretty big party. Service was terrible. We got there at 1130 and we were rushing to leave at 2 because it was in between games. Slowest service. Smallest portions. It was a group of 9 year old girls and every single one of them was still hungry after their meal. Didnt think it was very difficult to make pasta. They all got either spaghetti or penne with sauce. Would not recommend if you are booking a large group. Maybe it’s different if it’s a smaller group.

The experience today was like that episode of Seinfeld where they Took the reservation but couldn't Hold the reservation. Our party of 9 including 5 kids were not seated even though over the phone the reservation was confirmed. The manager Rob advised even with a seat we wouldn't get food on time as the kitchen was backed up. It would have been helpful to know about this situation over the phone. Rob was frustrated that I was trying to clarify what happened. He stressed that he called us but there was no log on our phone. A simple apology for any confusion would have been appreciated. Went down the street to the Boston Pizza in Pickering, outstanding service.

Great food, friendly staff, cold beer! Service started a little slow, but picked up once we got our drinks and food ordered. Friendly GM Steve checked in on us a couple of times and appreciated the efforts this restaurant has done to keep customers safe (heated patio, set up in bar).

I would recommend this place to anyone. The service we received from sever Roxanne was second to none. She was extremely patient with us and brought our food drinks to us extremely quick. She was professional and welcoming through our entire dinning experience at Boston Pizza. It is clearly evident that she cares about every customer that walks through the front door. Additionally while dining i noticed Roxanne dealing with a very rude and impatient customer. Even when spoken to in a demeaning manner, Roxane remained calm, composed and compassionate towards the female. She did everything in her power to make sure the female had a pleasant experience, even though it appeared impossible to achieve. 10/10 thanks Roxane

Our waitress was extremely rude and was giving us attitudes from the beginning. Not only that the service was extremely slow and even our food took a while to come and it was cold. Even then I tipped her $10 which in my opinion was still very generous knowing how terrible the service was but then she started questioning us why we tipped her so low and started being super disrespectful. If i dont get good service or food then i’m not going to give you a high tip simple as that i should NOT be questioned about it. Complained about it to the manager but seemed like she did not care and did not even apologize. Never had any experience like this before at any restaurant it was absurd. Never retuning to this location again.

We stopped in with our daughter to enjoy some lunch and catch up with each other. The service started off a little slow but staff were very friendly and once the food was ordered, service picked up. Food was excellent (pizzas and sandwiches were ordered), draft beer was cold and the GM Steve stopped by to check on how things were going. It was a very cold day, but the patio still looked usable and we appreciated the set up in the bar area with separation between the highboys - very safe. Beer seemed a little pricey, but great spot to stop with lots of variety on the menu.
