Great neighborhood pizza place with good pizzas. Bought a couple of large pepperoni pizzas here based on a friend’s recommendation who lives in the area.
The pizzas here are delicious,it's so authentic and does not taste commercialized which is what we love.I druve all the way from Scarborough to get Bellagio Pizza and I must mention the owner is awesome guy.I would 100% recommend you guys to his pizzas ? ?
Surcharge alert - Beware of hidden costsI don't like giving family run restaurants one star but this place really gave me no choice. I've seen it driving by a bunch of times and decided to try it out because I just didn't feel like pizza hut tonight. We placed our order over the phone and the restaurant confirmed the total cost of the pizza and to pick up in 20 mins. 40 mins later and we were still waiting on our pizza. Not only that, but they decided to charge us extra because Pineapple counts as 2 toppings despite confirming our total cost over the phone. Never have I ever heard of pineapple counting as 2 toppings. With this being said I was hoping the pizza to at least would taste good. Nope. The toppings were spread on too thin, some of my slices barely had toppings on them, the flavour was boring and tasteless. I called the restaurant to inquire about the additional cost and the man over the phone wqs being sarcastic and couldn't answer my question, then blamed inflation lol. This place makes pizza pizza look good. I won't be back here again. Save your money and go elsewhere.Pros: I really can't find anyCons: Overcharging, long wait time, tasteless, poor customer service
I've consistently had great pizzas from this location! Always hot with lots of toppings. The Canadian is our favourite with real bacon! The crust is also seasoned which gives it the edge over other pizza places.
Amazing neighborhood pizzeria, workers are super nice, crust is always slightly crispy, cheese is always gooey and stretchy like straight out of a cartoon, sauce is just right, prices are good and as long as you call in beforehand there’s no problem with speed.So blessed to live near this pizza place would rate 6 stars if I could
My husband and I got food poisoning from the pizzas that were made at this place. When we went to pick up the pizza, the place was hot and humid, no ventilation. We think the toppings were contaminated. The place is not hygienic and I do not recommend it to anybody. We are still recovering from food poisoning. It’s been hell the last 4 days.
Have them repeat your order and amount total before placing order !!!Good pizza just don’t like their unethical practice of having add on costs without communicating over the phone or showing it on the menu.Apparently adding meat to your pizza is considered a extra topping charge.Not sure if doing half and half is also considered adding an extra topping.Just be ready to be charged for an amount that doesn’t add up.They also gave me a large walk in special when I asked for a medium. Multiple money grabbing tacticsAdded bonus: no receipt showing you how it came to that total $. Just a credit card authorization receipt.You would except better from a family owned business. Stuff like this makes you want to continue to go to bigger brand pizza stores.
Please check the food you serve your customers. I got chicken wings and they were nothing less than rotten. At some point it becomes a health risk. Not sure if its because i went close to closing hrs. But thats not an excuse, if it is then its unethical business practice.Must add that the pizza was good.
We have been long patrons of Belagio Pizza both for personal orders and large parties.We recently tried to order and were advised they were not delivering that night. We again ordered a few weeks later and mentioned to our usual friendly delivery guy the previous delivery issue. He was astonished and insisted we contact him the next time we have a delivery problem as this should not have happened. We attempted to order tonight and were advised our order of a medium pizza was not enough to justify delivery! We attempted to speak to someone else to no avail. What a shame that we have to move our business elsewhere and no longer support a small local business.
Oh my God! Hands down the best pizza I’ve had in the country… !!! Gem gem gem !! The pizza is SO fresh the dough reveals quality and you can just taste the difference of fresh ingredients with every bite it is so soft and best of all the price is great! I will be going back here and continuing to get fat ?
