Went in on a whim one day for lunch love it. The burrito bowl presentation was amazing. Staff friendly explaining choices and offering suggestions to make an amazing meal. It's filling and fresh and doesn't make you feel bloated afterwards like alot of fast food places. Was in and out with order in less then 10 minutes and didn't even feel like a rush. Prices were reasonable and as with most guac was extra and actually looked fresh without the typical browning you see. Definitely a place To try If your looking for an alternative to the obvious fast food places and want a nice fresh meal.
We are coming to this place since long , never disappointed but today worst experience ever . I am allergic to gluten, so ordered my burrito and thought will order kid’s burrito after finish my order. That’s what always i am doing it , to prevent any contamination. But after finish my burrito, the guy told me he can not make another burritos coz their is line up (only 2 customers)and i have to go behind the queue and order again. That’s really weird for me. My kid was hungry so they went back to the queue again and ordered their burritos. Thank you so much for that kind of service. Never coming back to this location. Really humiliating service.
This past Sunday, my friends and I all ordered the bang bang shrimp bowl which we all love every time we go to any bar burrito location. Unfortunately all of us got very bad food poisoning within the next 48 hours afterwards. I missed my university graduation due to the food poisoning.
Loved the music playing as I entered the store, busy place at the time of visit, 10:00 pm, on a Saturday Night, music was great to listen to until my turn. The staff behind the counter worked well together to get the customers served and asked questions and offered choices to ensure customers got what the wanted. The staff were very attentive, quick,and offered suggested favourites. The food was yummy and the possible combinations of food, sauces, and toppings were endless. The Burrito Bowl was great with Bang Bang Chicken. Definitely go again, to the Westney and Kingston location in Ajax.
First time visiting this location and was happy with my visit. I got take out so I didn’t stay but the restaurant looked nice, clean and smelled amazing. They were really friendly too! I ordered the gluten free mild chicken quesadilla as I’ve never tried their quesadillas (only the gluten free burrito) and OMG it was soooo good!! I’m so so happy bar burrito has gluten free options that also taste delicious. I’ve been celiac for years and it’s nice to finally see more gluten free options coming out at restaurants. Cant wait to order again!!!!!!
Came and got two burrito bowls last night. I was helped right away. I informed the lady and gentleman behind the counter that I had never been there before. They patiently walked me through their menu and answered my questions. The food was fresh and delicious. I got a steak bowl and a vegan bowl for my mother. I just wanted to say thank you for the stellar customer service and delicious food. I will DEFINITELY be back!
The food here is amazing!! Jerk chicken tacos are mine and my boyfriends go to, always taste so good!!! The staff is very friendly too :)
Franchise standard is not maintained. Manager buys cheese from sobeys. Gives out free food to people she knows. Hires me and does not even know I have a smart serve to serve beer to customer. Gets surprised when I serve a beer to customer. Questions me about talking to franchisee training there. Blames me for spreading negativity. Sister I was not spreading negativity I was merely answering questions asked by a frightened franchisee who was buying a franchise during a pandemic. I was a franchisee for 18 years.
This place sucks. Good food but terrible service. So disorganized. Took forever to give my order and they give ubereats priority even if you’ve been in the store before the orders come in. Shame. Needs better employees.
First time I ordered 2 vegetarian quesadilla through uber eats and they came with barely to no cheese. Check my photo posted. No flavour at all. No cheese, no sauce inside. Just veggies and tortilla toasted. Better make it at home.
