Our waiter Josie was extremely polite and the food was amazing !
We live in montreal and when we go to totonto we always stop by applebees cause we LOVE the mac and cheese with the chicken strips.As usual it was delicious and I took the shark bowl drink wich was enormous ! My husband had to finish it for me.Service was good too loved our server but dont remember her name unfortunately
The food is absolutely delicious. The service was 10/10. We were in a hurry to get to Toronto to see a performance and they did an excellent job in getting our order into the kitchen, bill ready, and leftovers ready to go. Would recommend again! My only complaint is we need an Applebee's here in Ottawa!! Thanks again for such a great dining experience.
Our server was wonderful, the service and timing was excellent unfortunately the food was just ok. My mom wanted to go because they are so good in the US, not the same experience here. We had the Oriental Chicken Salad (get with the times Applebee's and rename that salad, Grilled Teriyaki Salad is a good substitute!) BLT, Homestyle Chicken Bowl and a kids shrimp & fries. Very underwhelming, wouldn't go back.
The quality of food was very low. The spinach and artichoke dip was NOT store made, instead, it was the same thing you can buy from a supermarket. Portion sizes were too small, and there was value for the money we paid. This explains why the place was so empty
Well today my husband wanted to surprise me and return to the restaurant he brought me to eat at 14 years when we first met .I was excited haven’t been here ever since .When we arrived to a bit to seated even though the restaurant was partially empty I figure hmm ok .We ordered drinks they never came . The server suggested they were on the way . This is 25 later no drinks still . We ordered food trying to be patient just talking to one another . It’s 30 minutes now other customers who came after us were served their drinks and food was starting to come from the back for other customers .At this point we just decided to leave . The young lady that seated us “ I asked what happens to our drinks she said” I totally forgot about you guys “. I said that’s alright we are leaving have a nice day ! Immediately called the Restaurant manager Roy he said ooh sorry I wasn’t aware . I said have a nice day !We won’t be back thanks for ruining my surprise Anniversary dinner !
Slipped in for dinner at 7 last night, Ajax, service was quick. Within 20 minutes of having the Lime Chicken bowl I started experiencing gastro discomfort, we rushed home and let's just say I spent the night with severe diarrhea sweats vomiting. Definitely a issue with my meal. It's been a few years since we dined there, needless to say never again.
Great food and service at great prices. Shrimp popcorn was my personal favourite
Service was great. Very attentive. Onion rings, steak and Ceasar was good. Ribs was ok.
The food was great, I ended up being very full.
