I have been going to 7-Eleven's for years and this location was a stop when working, especially for when on night shifts.I wont go into much detail as most of the reviews it had already gotten really seem to sum up what you get here.Service - slow and CANNOT multitask, Cleanliness - well below average and need to watch them closely when handling your food (ie.something simple as changing gloves when handling food and handling cash), Staff - rude at times to customers (if I were to go back I would next time collect names and the scenario's but I will give a description... short balding caucasian male with glasses teaming up with the cashier bullying customers telling them they are wrong and arguing with them over .70 more on a refill size slushie), Service - UBER Orders seem to take precedence so if you're just trying to pay for gas and go then good luck, Food - an arm twist to get them to make something that's not in the display case already... (they would rather just tell you they are sold out...), Gas prices - for the most part are competitive but once again, dont go inside to pay as 10mins will turn into 30mins, I can go on... I have overlooked many of these flaws but this is now too much and something needed to be said. This location is not a new location, its obviously doing something right but many things wrong. 7- Eleven please fix this location.
WORST 711 ever....i am a regular customer ..they are always super slow...never know what there doing...sold me a phone card...n it was the wrong 1....when I went to change it..they told me NO...then i asked to talk to the manager...they told me NO....Then Ester walks away...to talk about me to her co worker..thinking I can't hear her....HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...if u want to talk about a customer...wait till they leave...!!!...Absolutely disgusting...Definitely don't advise going to this location
I have been going to this store easily for over 15+ years and have ALWAYS had a great experience with all the team, especially Esther. She always goes beyond the norm to be pleasant and accommodating. Keep up the great work!

Love this place and they have really good customer service. They have really gif laughed and they are good food obtains got JCR and ND kids to have for lunch!!
An Employee Named Sarah Or Sandra was very rude to me and my children, Laura and Benjamin. I reported a 30-40 year old man screaming at me and my children about something called "Ligma" I don't know what it means, but I reported it to the employee and she said "Sir Mind Ur Business" then decided to put up her middle finger when she thought I wasn't looking, my little son Benjamin is now asking me what it means. Please fix your employee's behavior.
Every time I come here it seems like I need to explain how paying for gas works to the employees… But at least it’s cheaper than most places in Ajax.
i ordered few things through uber and they gave my driver all the incorect items when i called in to complaint they said becuase im complaining they choose not to help me .

This place is filthy , cashier with no mask and seen a guy putting a dropped wings back onto the hot hold show case. Stay away
