I am not much a tims person … I have been to tims at mall a couple of times, they are super sweet… I came in today, there was an Indian lady, very rude… as I mentioned am not regular at tims I couldn’t remember word for bagel, lol… instead of helping me, she was rude in tone… she didn’t misbehaved to be honest, but if you keep a good smile on face for costumers, everyone appreciates it… A FRIENDLY SUGGESTION.as it’s part of job (costumer service)
Love there tea staff is friendly
Tim Hortons is a great Global Brand. As a customer I would suggest to include strict Pscyhometeric test while recruiting. customer Service is the backbone of every business. Disrespect or ignorance towards customer should be tackled strictly.
Never a full cup of coffee
Located in the Mayflower Mall food court. You're typical mall Tim Hortons. Clean environment. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. No ice coffee is a bit of a disappointment
By far the worst Tim Hortons around. I work at the mall, and every time I go there the staff is cranky, the coffee tastes burnt, items are forgotten about, it takes forever to get your stuff, or your order is just wrong. I haven't had a good experience there once in the past year.
This location is very very handy when you’re shopping at Cape Breton‘s biggest and Best mall .This location is located at the food court. At lunchtime is very busy but most times you can get your coffee or whatever you like in moments.It’s located just after you enter the mall so you go in and out very quickly.If you like this review give me a thumbs up
