For the most part the customer service is pretty good, except for one lady, her name is Elaine. I was there today and asked about one of their donuts and she rudely said "I don't know what's it in, its expensive", I said "that's no problem, I just might have to run out to the car for more change", all the while she was making my tea and rolling her eyes. I read outloud from the menu when I noticed it - "$1.99, thats not bad" she came over handed me the tea and then asked rather rudely "its $2:33 do you want the donut or not"
