I had the chicken on a bread so I could get two sides. Mashed potatoes were cool, I opted not to pay the $2 more for white meat which I have found to be dry. The dark meat was a clumped blob which I did not eat and I ate the bread and vegetables which were the best part of meal. No coffee refill offered nor pop. My friend had the chicken dinner with fries and a bun. Their piece of chicken was so small that we stopped on way home to get some dessert to fill us up. Restaurant was clean and looks to have some renovations during Covid. You definitely do not get taste or value for the prices charged.

Awesome food ...wings were delish ...amazing staff .. great experience

Great food and service. The Nashville Hot Chicken ice cream sandwich was top-shelf.

We were there for our lunch. The Manager Ashia gave us the best service. She is very soft spoken. She also gave toys to our little one as a symbol of hospitality. Food was so delicious and dessert was fantastic. We Will be regular customers.

This place never disappoints ..what else can I say. I used the drive thru for the first time it was a bit congested however it was Father's Day and the place was busy as to be expected so just a little patience and understanding for through and the meal was a success

We were seated and served quickly with friendly, competent service on a very busy night in Sydney. The food was hit and fresh and the cheesecake was delicious.

I brought my family here for supper tonight. My son is 14 years old and severely autistic. Restaurants are hard for him on a good day. Today I had a coupon that offered two 1/4 chicken dinners for $24.99. I asked our waitress if we could substitute the chicken for two or three tenders. My son has a very limited diet because certain textures are difficult for him, chicken tenders are a staple in his menu. The waitress agreed to check with the manager and came back and told our family that this accommodation would not be made. apparently they do not do substitutions or accommodations even for persons with disabilities. I was not impressed . I spoke to the manager when leaving the restaurant and told her that I was not pleased . I suggested that given they are a family restaurant they might aim to be a bit more autism friendly. I will also add that this was particularly irritating given that yesterday was world autism day and that this month is autism awareness month. I miss the former owner Darryl Flynn who was very accommodating to persons with disabilities both as staff and as customers.

Whole building inside & out impressive since renovations. Always a pleasure to dine there, but even more so now! Staff are wonderful, very pleasant. We love Swiss Chalet!!

Actually Very good. Chicken quality that you can trust. Rare to find such quality in other restaurants. I wish that they were more generous and can offer bigger peace

My daughter said; "the grown ups, should get more fries with the take out orders.""That dipping sauce right in the middle."Even the kids are noticing the smaller portions.
