Everything was great all around! The only thing is with the drive thru touch screen; its very touchy or finicky if you will. But otherwise is a great, quick option!
I usually eat at this Subway once a week. Nine times out of 10 I go through the drive-thru. I have to say that their sandwiches are always consistent, always warm, and always have a good balance of ingredients on them. A lot of other Subway restaurants either under or overtoast their sandwiches or skim you on the contents. Not here. Easily one of the best Subway restaurants I've eaten at.
Asked for my sub to be cut the 'old way,and was told that that location doesn't do that anymore, that I couldn't have my sub made that way. It's the only location I have been to that refused to make the sub the way I wanted it.
This subway is the only subway I have ever been to that has a drive-thru. It's also the only subway I have been to that doesn't give you the option for what meat you want on your sub.As a someone who doesn't eat bacon I was beyond disgusted when I opened my sub to find I not only didn't get to pick my meat but the sub was filled with bacon.Not only this but the woman at the counter was so rude when i asked to see our recipt (because it was $30 for 2 subs????), she didn't even complete giving us our order- she got the person upfront to give us our food.Okay food.Terrible service.
Great location. Food is great and staff is very nice. Only bad experience is one time when there was a dead dog on the road in front of the establishment. Completely lost my appetite. Other than that great place!
Not good costumer service, not once have I gotten the right order through drive thru, not sure if it’s an employee problem or something with the drive thru but will not be going back.
They are always mixing up my subs with other ones and all I get is a steak and cheese with just mayo. I just ordered that and I got a sub loaded with everything. You'd think they could feel the difference between the two bc ones almost empty and the other one is full. Not only that, they also had poor costumer service. The lady at the window didn't say one word to me...not even the price.
The food was all right, but the service wasn't very good. The woman there was being rude to the other employees and when she was doing the order for the guy behind me, she was rude to him as well. There also multiple employees kind of just standing around, when only one person was making the subs until that girl started helping, which made it take a long time for the orders.
This Subway by far has the worst customer service ever. No one talks to you and if they do it’s with attitude. But since they don’t talk to you you would think they get your sub right, right? Wrong… couldn’t be further from the truth. I have gone this subway a handful of times and not once was the order right. If I could give less stars I would
Very little meat and had to ask 3 times for decent amount of spinach usually excellent but not up to par today
