Ordered on cbeats app. Poor quality wrap. Ordered chicken solvaki. What I got was a veggie wrap. They forgot to put the CHICKEN in which I imagine was because they were closing in a half hour and failed to care. I paid 21.00 for it to be delivered only to be so disappointed. Trash cold wrap. Never got a refund cause pita pit was closedBy the time it was delivered. They keep getting away with delivering poor quality wraps that you would never get if you just went in. I’m sick right now so I couldn’t go. Waste of money, robbed from pita pit.
Unfriendly staff. Rude and unwilling to take orders for more than one pita over the phone.
My meat was still cold after being “Grilled” and they didn’t put the sauce on.

I was visiting from Ontario where pita pita is like my second home for quality food. However this store is quite dirty. And the pitas seemed much smaller than normal. In light of covid it would have been a great time to give the place a good deep clean. Windows were filthy and the chairs were ripped and the tables were dirty as well with stains. The outside door was absolutely gross where I didn't even want to touch it.

The workers here are always so so so friendly, i’ve never ever had a bad experience! My food is always done perfectly, and the smoothies are just addictiveeee, definitely recommend.
Ordered through Skip the Dishes and was delivered the wrong order. When I called the restaurant they offered to remake, but then Skip denied responsibility to redeliver, claiming they did their part. Doesn't matter who's blunder it was, the employees at Pita Pit were left to resolve the issue on their own, and the restaurant offered to have an employee deliver himself, even though they don't deliver normally. I got my food an hour and a half after the initial order and had to get a refund through Skip because they didn't deliver, and I regret thumbing down Pita Pit on Skip app, but Pita Pit owned up to it and kudos to the employees who were working the afternoon shift on Feb 2, 2021.
