Picked up a pĺantbase chicken burger for my daughter Jannelle
I've never been to a KFC that tries so aggressively to be less than average it's like a challenge...I have been here 3 times and 3 times my order was wrong. But that's not all folks...every time I've been the place is dirty like hardcore with over flowing garbage food on the floor, the pop machine has spilled pop all over it and the countertop add in food orders piled up on counter waiting for god knows what...this is what I assume an abandoned KFC would look like in Chernobyl...the franchisee should be ashamed
Chicken was tasty but very tiny pieces.Looked like white meat was cut in half and used as 2 pcs.
Very friendly staff,but between masks and the language difference s recevied wrong order,went back inside they tried to fix the error but still wrong. The food itself was excellent.

Disgusting, food or something was all over the window shades. My wife and I ate in the restaurant one day and decided if that's what the front of the store looked like we felt the kitchen couldn't possibly be clean either. Decided never to eat here again...too gross for us.
Service was prompt and order was correct, food was hot and well prepared, we were happy with the visit, and will return again!
Ordered a 2 piece chicken with a side of gravy, I asked for a rib for one of my two pieces, I don’t like dark meat. Ended up with no rib and just one wing... called back and staff took my name and number ... they said the next meal is on them... missed out on lunch at work.... but at least the acknowledged the mistake.
There was a pricing difference, the staff immediately refunded the difference amount as the display showed $10.99 for Xinger box and in system it was $11.29.
