The only thing good here are the wings! But 7 wings for $15.99 plus tax is too expensive. Don’t order the sweet and spicy cashew stir fry. Small portion and it looked like fake chicken with a burnt taste to it.Chicken Parmesan was a small portion and basically something you could make better at home.Cook refused to take the stir fry off the bill even though it was poorly made and tasted burnt and too spicy and I love spice but this overall taste was inedible.Our bill was $72.00 for 7 wings, chicken Parmesan and a little stir fry that was inedible. We could get higher quality food and dining for a lesser price elsewhere. Will not be going back, the waiter was Nice though.
Food tasted good and service was fine, but ordered the steak sandwich for $17 and the portion was so small I was still hungry. Grabbed a pizza on the way home.
Any time I’ve been to Don Cherry’s I felt either judged by the staff, left with Food Poisoning or sat down at a sticky table.Employee’s are only as strong as their employer. How this business has not gone under yet is only a matter of time.Save your time and money ; spend your money at a LOCALLY OWNER AND OPERATED ESTABLISHMENT. This owner does not care about their community or it’s members. Rich snobs don’t need more of your money for undercooked food at your High School Hero’s favourite watering hole.
I had to come back to edit my original review. After finding about recent events shown towards staff and patrons; I definitely WONT be coming back! Place is an absolute embarrassment to local establishments since the new owner took over
Food was very good and arrived quickly. Service was good, the server took our order correctly, was polite and delivered our food correctly.
Had our Granddaughters 16th Birthday Dinner there this evening! Our server was awesome,very quick with Drinks and Food Orders!! Very Friendly and Helpful.Food was delicious!!!
Hate doing this but since the ownership changed the portions have gotten smaller and they no longer give free refills on soft drinks which is quite cheap on their part. Staff is still friendly and food tasted fine but I'll get better bang for my buck elsewhere.
Food was great service was great drinks were good . My wife and i were disappointed that they did not have molson canadian breeskis overall great experience, lasagna was very tasty cheese bread was ok, steak was on point perfect medium rare and spiced nice, deep fried pickles were tasty, really enjoyed the house ranch and cherry chips,
Food came quite quickly. Typical deep fried pub food. Wings are double breaded (which I don't prefer). Table we sat at was quite sticky... The table ketchup had fermented and when I told the server she agrued with me about it.
Food was excellent and the service great. Always busy which is a plus.
