Arrived for their famous weekend brunch .... sign on the door "closed until 11" I'm sure the food is lovely, but I didn't get to experience it.

Went to celebrate my husband's birthday and the food was cold along with the mushrooms. Had to send it back for them to microwave. Not impressed
Too dark, hard to read the menu. Had onion rings to start. They were average. Fish and chips, 5 out of 10. Nothing to write home about.

I have been to the Bonnie more times than I can recall, over more years than I'd care to admit. It is always good. There is something on the menu for everyone. Food is always good and reasonably priced. Staff is generally fast and attentive. I'll keep going there as long as they're in business.
In town for the weekend, and saw the sign for this restaurant. Easy to find reasonably priced. Small menu for breakfast, but pretty well has everything covered that you would want. Eggs we’re cooked perfectly, toast was toasted as requested. Order was taken fast, order came out fast. Inside is a pub like feeling, with lots of seating. Very clean inc washrooms. Staff was very friendly. I recommend this place to others.
