Out of all the major fast food joints in the area, I geniunely believe that A&W has one of the best burgers you can get - the ingredients are high-quality, the patty is cooked to perfection, and most importantly, the burger is well constructed. I think everyone has their fair share of disappointment, seeing their burger with all of its component askew.While the service is a bit slow, the folks manning the drive-thru window are friendly and very polite. It's easy to forget about this chain due to its odd location, but honestly, do yourself a favour and grab a burger from here - I recommend the Uncle or the Teen burger.

this is the only A&W in sydney area you should EVER go too, Clean, respectful service, the employees KNOW what there doing. WARNING ( 800 GRAND LAKE RD location at mayflower NEVER EVER go there. place is disgusting, employees touch raw uncooked food bare handed and dont clean there hands, or anything, I watched as my food was being made and they went grabed raw chicken put in frier , then made my sandwhich, my fries with the same hands never cleaning them, rang in my money, made my drink and other customers food... and much worse. I didnt eat there never got a refund, BE warned. THIS is the ONLY A&W in industrial cape breton you SHOULD ever eat at. HANDS down best in the area BY FAR. only reason I will even still eat A&W food is because of this location and how they made me not lose hope.

It's a nice and clean place for eat. They serve many option of burgers, breakfast set, potato, drinks, etc. The employee is friendly and located near Cineplex.
A lady named Rishu , (employee) Im not sure I spelled the name correctly , I guess she is the supervisor and she was also taking drive through oder in Wednesday may4 evening ,provided really bad coustmer service , and made us uncomfortable with her words when she was serving the food to our table ,It will be appreciated if the management could keep an eye on employees like this so that no other coustmer won't experience bad coustmer service like we gotApart from all thisThe burger was Soo good
