Friendly service, but nothing special with the food...we found it very bland and I had to send my whole dinner back as it was served barely warm...

Food was good. Not as spicy as we expected. Anyway it is a very subjective matter. We didn't dine in. Lady on the counter was nice and helpful. Gave us enough time to chose. Most of the items are biton the expensive side. Fried pork rice was a hit.

Tried it as we are new in town. It was not good. Not much flavour. Rice was mush and over cooked. Soo guy gravy just tasted like regular gravy. The egg rolls were like the ones you buy frozen at Walmart. I'm really trying to figure out why the reviews are so good for this place.

Main courses were ok - not really strong flavours. Desserts were awesome! Prices were good. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Tasteless, lowest-common-denominator over-fried mass-produced 'food(?)' served in a sticky gloop of a colour not found in nature. I've had real Chinese food, but this wasn't it. I felt ill feeling it congealing in my belly. Never again.

Really good Asian food, as for visitors like us, it’s a really good option for lunch/dinner, they have both wok and combo, I can tell they are very popular locally as well, location is nice that we take a walk to waterfront after dining.

second time eating here, i must say the food is very delicious served almost right away, the atmosphere is very relaxing all because the music playing is beautiful, the waiter’s are nice & professional, other then that i would most definitely eat here & recommend anybody to dine at this restaurant. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Could not wait to go to “A Bite of Asia” when I arrived in Cape Breton from Alberta. I’ve never been so disappointed in my life. When we received our food it was cold ( waited 30 mins) told waitress & she took them! Only to get it back microwaved & soggy! We got up & left! Never again! And only 2 other people in the restaurant!!

First time eating at Bite of Asia and ordered the Combination #1. Was excited to try this restaurant after driving past it so many times downtown. Took 2 bites of food before feeling an agonizing pain on my tongue and spit it out to find a large sized piece of broken glass and blood. Notified the waitress and she quickly removed the piece of glass before I could take a picture of it. Restaurant did not replace my meal and left promptly afterwards. Will not be returning after being served broken glass in my food.

Food is decent but watch that parking situation very closely. The restaurant only has a specific number of spaces and if you park in a spot next to one of theirs and don’t see the private lot parking you will get stung with a $150 remove boot fee. There is a guy patrolling lots in around the back and even a 4 minute take out pick up temporary park will cost you. You then get to call to get the boot off and the guy tells you $150 to come and take it off. Cash only and if you ask for a receipt they charge HST. The best part is the receipt doesn’t even have a business name or HST number. Craig Boudreaux owns the lots and sits on the Chamber of Commerce in Sydney and he has Frank Campbell doing the boot removal (“Campbell’s towing” which I cannot find as a legit business) This was a Saturday night at 7:00pm. The whole thing feels like a total scam and there is no fine amount on the sign. Real slick, just like something you’d see in the back alleys of New York City. I did park where I shouldn’t have for sure but there was no other spaces. You have been warned…..
