Got meat lovers pizza form here has to be one of the best pizza sauces I’ve ever had would recommend
I was staying at the Westin Nova Scotia, my pizza arrived before the time they said which is great, on top of that the pizza was amazing! Unfortunately the driver ran out of receipt paper and I needed the receipt for business. He came back 10 minutes later and provided me the receipt!! WHAT A BEAUTY !! He very easily could have not returned, but he did! Amazing pizza and service!
Would love to score higher but due to my recent horrible experience with a delivery driver i have scored the company lower. I received a call from a delivery driver telling me he was close with my order and he asked me how i would pay. I explained to him that it would be part cash and the rest debit. This was at 1:40 am. His response was "ugh really, that's how you're paying this late at night?". I ignored the question / sly remark and waited for him to arrive. When he did , his inital approach was aggressive and he asked/demanded why i did not have lights in front of my house. I told him thats just something i do not have and that i can use my phones flashlight to help. Even though my street is completely lit with street lights. After i matched the same tone of voice he used with me, he became aggravated when i did not tip him, and he took it upon himself to declare that xtreme pizza would never deliver to my residence again. Even though, I have had a solid customer relationship with the company for a couple years and this is my first time dealing with this driver.
We lost power and decided to order food in the middle of a snowstorm at supper time ,Most places lost their power , but xtreme was up and running , they said they were very busy and the wait time would be longer than normal( we were just happy they were open )I’m so glad we ordered , under xtreme conditions they came throughThank you for great food and friendly driversYou will now be are go to place !!Jim
Really enjoy their pizza. However, I just ordered fish and chips and have not experienced something this bad. The workers were very friendly and the service was fast but the fish and chips are a big no go. So so so greasy like unbelievably and the fish was mush and chewy. Will stick to the pizza…
My wife ordered from there last week online , yet the comments for special instructions didn't go through. Okay , mistakes happen . However , I just ordered again tonight. Asked for a Hawaiian pizza and it should be listed as a ha ha pizza. The lack of toppings ( given there is only 2 ) is laughable ! I don't recommend ordering from these guys any more. Their quality is very poor compared to when I first started going to them . I am within the area for delivering , yet have also been charged for delivering ! Noticed after tipping otherwise I would not have.( Response to owner ) if I wanted more toppings I would have ordered something else. Saying that is insulting ! Perhaps you should apologize for having sent a large pizza with the toppings for a small pizza. Just goes to show that you don't really care about your customers!
This place used to serve wonderful food. First time in a month I’ve ordered and something has clearly changed. Please make your food good again and send out friendly, pleasant drivers. Won’t be spending money here for a while.P.S if you you order, get good and drunk lol it’ll taste better
you may be great some days and other days you are are the worse of the worse. I have been consistent for four years but you just change and added delivery. Which mad you not even thinkable any more. great sometimes but but not great enough for me to be charged for delivery.... lost your model.
Refuse to deliver without me paying an extra fee... because they don't like my road. Why do they have delivery zones if they do not follow them? Disappointed every time I see my roommate order a M garlic finger and 2 Donair Egg rolls for $30. Went there almost every day for lunch years ago... Do not recommend anymore.
I ordered pizza, garlic fingers and a 2L of pop and a hotel. I told them my location at the HOTEL! Hampton Inn and they said OKAY! So as I’m waiting around and hr or so. I was with 4 children as well!! They were very hungry. The delivery driver called me and said he was at my room door. Very rude tone on the phone by the way. As I walk downstairs trying to find him. He says very rudely “IM AT UR DOOR, WHERE ARE YOU!” I said “I’m here”. I said “are u at the Hampton inn” I said “yes, in Dartmouth crossing right??!!!” He said “no we don’t deliver there”!! Then said “I have to go” & the he hung up and didn’t deliver my food. Very disappointed won’t be ordering for here again.considering it was lack of communication!!! To the person who took my order on the phone as I didn’t know u don’t deliver there.
