I have been here now a dozen or so times and while the food is always good, I have yet to actually get what I ordered the first time. With each visit I am required to either deal with the mix up by parking and going inside, or eat what I did not order.
Food is good. Customer service and quality control are both terrible.
I was drawn in by the signs promising $1.99 breakfast sandwiches. I had two, bacon-egg-cheese on a biscuit and sausage-egg-cheese on a biscuit. The biscuit itself was pretty good - not the best that I've ever had, but definitely not the worst. The real star was the sausage patty. I'll skip the bacon option entirely next time. The sausage was very good. Excellent flavor, colour, and texture. Probably the best fast-food sausage patty that I've ever had. I'll definitely be back.
Came in for breakfast Saturday morning, the food was fresh and hot, the service was speedy and the lady working the drive through was super nice and helpful. Got my day off to a good start :)
Did takeout and staff were great besides missing part of my order but that happens. I was more frustrated by the quality of the food vs the prices. I don't think there is a meal at Wendy's that is worth the money anymore and that after you eat it, you feel good.
Food is consistently good, drive thru is efficient. Turning left out of the parking lot towards the 103 or St Margaret's Bay Rd can be difficult due to traffic
Always happy with Wendy's, only issue is they don't have enough restaurants in Halifax/Dartmouth
Tasted like Wendy's.. I wish they would remind you that ketchup is not included unless you request... ???
Was first inline with zero line up. Waited about 8 minutes without being acknowledged. Finally thought I was getting my order taken only to watch a staff use the computer to sign out and leave. That did it for me. Wendy's has good food but this restaurant is the worst in the city without a doubt.
Love their food. The burgers are better than McDonalds. Friendly staff, and the place is kept very clean
