Worst service I have ever seen. They can't take an order. They change stuff every time and all of them are serving bad at everytime. Looks like they don't train them how to serve.
Terrible service. Went to pick up a mobile order that my boyfriend place on his phone and sent me a screen shot of the order number and everything. The server Meiha was super RUDE!!!! I showed her the order number and she asked the name and I told her the name and she asks what’s in there to check if it’s my order but the order detail was literally on the screen! And I said it’s a breakfast combo, but she still doesn’t believe it’s my order and let me to tell her the detail of the order! This doesn’t make any sense at alll!!!! Customer training please! Update: I ordered sausage muffin but where is the sausage? And this is not muffin at all.
So bad service. They can't take an order and adding the things what I didn't even order.
Terrible service. They will take your order, make you wait for 10-15 mins at drive thru , charge you for it and then suddenly they realize they don’t have the food items.
Sometimes order its right sometimes its not. Check before You leave the drive thru. Asking is not an answer as Staff will automatically state Yes.
