Got my order wrong and were snippy when I tried to return a coffee for tea.
I had visisted this location today and had worst customer service experince by a staff Named Akshay(jay)He was very rude and making wierd sounds like he is fed up while taking orderThan upon reaching on window he started fighting and tried to make me feel wrong quotting” you dont know what you are ordering”And when I said i m gonna talk to ur manager he wrote his name on paper and gave it to me as if he doesnt care if some1 complaonts about him to the managerAll in one he spoiled our mood which was very good before entering their premisesJust to let him know i knw what i am ordering he need not to be so rude with some1 even if some1 is ordering wrong
