They messed up our order. It was okay, but the way the dealt with it wasn’t. The crew who handled the order were rude. We started to think whether she was customer or we were the customer. Lot of arrogance and attitude. We are not going to this Young Street Tims anymore. It looks like this Tim hires members who talk in another language between them and customer remains dumb. Avoid this Tims. Esso Tims is right next to it and is far better, always courteous.
Ordered two Wraps, were not clearly labeled leading to confusion, ordered a black coffee and it is labeled "B" but definitely has atleast 1 sugar in it, woman at window was unprofessional

Very very noisy staff, always yelling back and forth to each other. I'll have to bring my headphones with next time. How can you enjoy your coffee with all the yelling??? And the WiFi doesn't connect to the internet, I've tried 7 times this year. I pay for it when I buy coffee, they're cheating me.
Replace staff are amazing except there is never enough people on before 6 a.m. very slow service they do the best they can for walk-in service drive-thru gets priority. The staff are amazing there's just not enough of them
These guys are really good. They're all happy laughing carrying on and they're always glad to see you. I like going to this one and the prices are really good and the food's awesome!

Tim Horton's has been a lifelong favourite of mine and probably the most Canadian place to order your coffee and donuts! They also have a pretty decent selection of breakfast and lunch options.
I am hooked on the BLT's with honey mustard. Drive through was really backed up. Went inside and there was no line-up and the girls were great to deal with!
