Pulled up to the drive though and asked for a moment to look at the menu. I heard a lot of mumbling and then the employee told me, "sorry we don't have any food"That was a bold faced lie. I saw the fully stacked shelves as I came around the drive through.What a joke this Tim Hortons location is.Get employees who want to work and don't lie.
The roasted hazelnut latte didn't taste right. Took a while to get the lattes. The customer service needs work.
Spent 15$ for my meal, told her twice to put ketchup. She said she did. And when I reached my destination and excited to eat my meal. My ketchup was missing.It’s not about ketchup it’s about how they do work.Even after asking twice she lied .
Worst breakfast sandwich ever purchased this morning! One mouthful... bacon was raw, everything was cold and the engliah muffin wasn't even toasted. I wish I could add pictures.
Id give you zero if I could. When someone goes in your store and you get their order wrong, don’t blame your customer. Don’t stand there and argue with your customer. Shame on this establishment.
Terrible experience time and time again, i work close to the location and they consistently let me order things at the speaker and then tell me they don't have what I ordered or part of what i ordered and then have to make a split decision with no menu. How can you offer food when you don't have the food to actually sell. very very annoying.
Smaller version of your regular Tim's. Their selection of baked goods was pretty good
We went through the drive thru on Saturday afternoon. We got 3 drinks ...1 medium vanilla ice capp made with chocolate milk. I saw that one was made wrong at the window, made with milk. They fixed it. We also ordered 1xl coffee 2 milk 2 sugar. Plus a medium dark roast coffee with 2 cream one sweatner.We left and I dropped my friend off and went home. when home we saw one of the other drinks was wrong. I called my friend to tell her. She replied her drink was made wrong too. The XL was made with cream and not milk. The medium was not dark roast and was milk and not cream. That is 3 drinks all made wrong. The order was repeated 2 times at the time of order and 2 times again at the window. The workers need to take time to read the screen to make the order correct.
had chai latte, they gave me two tea bags in cold milky water with bunch of suger ?second time they gave me coffee with tea bagin third attempt they give me right drink ,it was good though ?
