We came for breakfast at 10:45-we ordered farmers wraps, they had no hash browns, we ordered a blueberry muffin, they had none, so then we ordered BELT’s, we paid and then they couldn’t fulfill that order either because their toaster broke. We are still here at 11:10. 24mins wasted so far and they won’t reimburse us. Garbage service!
i went to get an iced coffee made with almond milk, and they gave me just a cup of almond milk and sweetener and when i told them this isn’t what i wanted obviously, they ask if i still wanted a drink after paying so i told them to make me a new one and the one they gave me tasted like water and was quite frankly disgusting. the staff was also not very helpful and were just standing around while i was waiting.
They forget half of my order sometimes and they don't have cinnamon rolls but it's understandable
always good. staff is quick, don’t let the line up fool ya.
I have crossed Canada 3 times and have never had worse service at a Tim Hortons than here. It took us nearly 10 mins in the drive thru to get to make our order, and we were behind 1 car. I thought the lady ahead of me was buying everything in the shop, until I got to the speaker and realized buddy working had no idea what year it was let alone where he was working. I had to repeat my order not twice, not three times, but FOUR times, and that includes twice when I got the window to get my order and he gave me the wrong stuff. The guy (who I won't name here), was a skinny teenager who sounded as half baked as the donuts, somehow gave me my girlfriends coffee (which tasted horrible), but didn't give us any of her food nor my own drink. As I'm repeating the order back to him within SECONDS (I kid you not) he forgot what I told him and was fumbling about behind the cash in a daze. I told him to forget it and left. What food we did receive was lukewarm at best, poorly assembled, and tasted as bland as the paper wrappings it came in.
Hit or miss with this place. Worst experience was coffee and breakfast sandwich made wrong. It was made wrong, made into a ball, and english muffin was torn in half. I wasnt going back because I was already home. There is a couple of them that work here who know what they are doing. I can see their frustration when others don't pay attention to orders.
They may not always be the fastest (staffing shortages!) but they always get my iced coffee correct and have never been anything but kind and understanding if I've had an issue with an item.
Be extra careful to check your order at this location. I have had to return on several occasions after receiving the wrong order.
Great place,but to leave pine grove drive to turn left can be challenging due to the fact that it's a busy place next to a busy intersection and next to a school.
I've been to a lot of Time Hortons but the experience I got from this branch is terrible. The turkey melt sandwich is one of my favorite sandwich on their menu but I was on my way to work when I went through their driveway and ordered the sandwich. It was the worst sandwich ever that they had made. It was cold, not toasted at all, not cut into half, mayo was leaking out of it and was packed as a piece of garbage and given to me. This is not how costumer service works.
