Not just one tims but all tims have under paid staff so it's hard for them to give a care about there jobs. White lids are garbage and selection of donuts now is really bad. They have taken away a lot of selection
I used three old Tim cards and some change got a coffeeI still have many Tim cards left so I am enjoying my coffee without any cost to me !

Drive thru was Efficient and Quick even with a Large line .
Good place to grab a coffee and some eats of your downtown walking around.

Waited while I watched other customers walk out with the same thing I ordered. Then received attitude when I inquired about mine. Probably the most typical fast food worker mentality ever.

Before that, She came towards me attacked me.VERY UNSAFE. I CANNOT MAKE THIS HAPPEN IN MY HALIFAX.(Everyone can see the proofs)
The service and staff is great and the orders we made were correct. The only downfall is that this location is very busy so expect a long wait.
Rude staff. Refuses to make a pot of decaf when ordered a large cup. Made our coffee wrong and when I told her she threw both coffee's in the sink. Small chick. I think her name started with an A. Can't remember. Another time our decaf was cold. They didn't offer to fix the problem.
