When this Tims is open the food is fine. My biggest frustration and complaint is the frequency with which this location opens for drive through but not to walkers. They have been open for 4 hours as of my writing today and they still have the lobby locked to walkers. I have lived by this location for over 6 years and the amount of time they do this is absurd. Terrible service if you dont have a car or choose to walk.
The staff is extremely disrespectful, has very low standards on what is and isn't acceptable to serve, behavior towars customers The staff is not gracious or kind and called me slurs at the window

I go on the weekends and it's usually the same supervisor on and she's the most unfriendly person in the world. The first time I went I thought ok she is having a bad day but then the last couple of times I was like nope she's always like this. Her name is Bobbi Jo.
Always a nice time at Tim Hortons and this location came through as always.
Refused to serve at 9.45pm though they close at 10pm. I just wanted a coffee as I was feeling a bit cold because of rain. Lazy and cruel staff.
Worst Tim Hortons in HRM, they are somehow always out of literally everything.
Mostly a drive through, no inside seating at all. There is an order counter though if you go in.
Staff is always super friendly. They are quick too, especially for such a convenient and busy location.
This says drive thru and pick up. But even if you used the app you have to go thru the drive thru. The door was locked because they were short on staff. And our order wasn’t even ready. Very annoying.
