Cheap when it comes to a bagle, very small portion of cream cheese. I don't like the seating arrangement, they have a difficult time speaking English. The menu is hard to understand, it keeps flipping on their screen. It was better before they renovated the place,
Drive thru is the worst. They don't understand English. Always getting my orders wrong. Other than that they are rude and clueless when requesting for other things like a bag for my order and gave me a small bag.

Been going here for years and it's been so up and down with service. Called manager to makes things right a couple times but of all things a hash brown absolutely covered in hair is what ruined it. I had taken half of it out of the bag and began chewing when my wife looked at the other half still in its sleeve and told me to spit it out. It had about a dozen 4 inch plus hairs stuck to it and looked like it was on the floor at one point. How any worker could overlook this I don't know but it's disgusting.
Very poor Experience. I ordered online around 10pm and order got accepted and Payment already got deducted. I drove to pick up my order and Tim was close. The closing time is 2pm. Now I have to waste more time for my refund or Get that order again. This is not first time experience, this is happening second time that they never update their business hours
The worst Tim's in Halifax,I go there in the morning on my way to work and get a tea .I also have to replace it at Tim's in Dartmouth because it's disgusting. I got a tea from there today and I found black stuff floating in my tea, I think they need to learn to wash out the tea pots before making a fresh pot.
This tum Horton is horrible firstly staff is horrible they don’t have any experience because you have to wait a lot in the drive thru. Moreover they never update their timing from last 5 day they are closing at night so early and haven’t updated their time. Few days some of cars were waiting in drive thru and there was no sign that they are closed. At the end everybody has to leave frustratedly because they waisted everybody’s time. Some seating area is available at this location (Jan 2022). I ordered via mobile, and the staff seemed a bit disorganized in figuring out who ordered what and what was actually made, but they did manage to get my orders correctly. Seems like a busy location with lots of customers. Plenty of parking available nearby as this location is located in the middle of a shopping plaza.
Chop must know why Tim Hortons no longer warms their bagels to a "toasted" designation?Chop received a raw bagel upon asking for double toasted. Chop also questions whether there is a shortage of cream cheese, because his $1.00 extra charge amounted to a half teaspoon of cream cheese.Chop is very disappointed in Tim Hortons, however Chop is a happy Canadian so he knows Timmy's will make good on these mistakes and give Chop an adequate toasting and volume of cream cheese.
Very bad customer service, specially the girl with the tattoos. They don’t listen and keep saying they are busy. I had to wait and when I told another lady about my order, she said “you should have came to us and said it’s a mobile order” however, they don’t give the chance to talk.
