Staff here are great, it’s really just the students who are the problem when the order complicated stuff. Wish they were open longer or on weekends.
The guy who made my coffee was nice and it turned out fine, but there was some lady working (I assume the supervisor) who was yelling at both the employees and some of the customers... really not something you want to see, and I feel bad for the people being yelled at. Don't come later in the day because they have no iced coffee, barely any food, and you're not going to have a good time. Will probably only come to this location again if I'm desperate; I'd rather go out of my way to find another place to buy my coffee.
Overall just Tim's... Staff just seem unhappy. I wish that wasn't my experience in the morning getting ready for an exam...
Staff are really rude, girl laughed about me when I left because she had trouble with my slight accent (English is my first language). When I was ordering a drink, she insisted they didn't have a donut of that flavour, and ignored me trying to point to it on the board and spoke over me saying it was a drink. It is ok for me to repeat myself, but not to be mocked. No que behind me, just very disrespectful workers.
More and more this tim hortons continues to disappoint. Convenience over quality- staff are rude and never smile, and they are attentive and you'll have to repeat yourself several times. Any beverage ordered should be checked as they never fill them up all the way.
Stuff is not friendly....but food is pretty good
hour before close they weren't serving cold drinks. yikes
The staff here are excellent. There are huge lineups multiple times a day and they handle it well every time. I came to rely on their quick service for much my degree.
Change you hours.
The quantity at this tim hortons is always less as compared to all the other tim hortons across the city.
